“Brightside has been amazing for my treatment. It's so easy to switch providers if needed. The providers have been so good with accommodating my schedule and needs. My depression and anxiety scores have never been so low. I feel amazing and it's all thanks to Brightside and my providers.”
“I rate Brightside with 4 1/2 stars. It would be 5 stars if the quality of video were enhanced better with Kyrie Conseen, LCSW. There is a lot of lagging, freezing and delayed conversation when Kyrie is talking. This never happens with Kelly Fink, my psychiatric nurse. It's been this way with Kyrie since the beginning but has gotten progressively worse. It is irritating. Can anyone help?”
“Yes, bright side has helped me tremendously I am able to receive mental health care right from home so I don't have to have a panic attack trying to force myself to leave my home just to see a psychiatrist. Both my psychiatrist and therapist that I see though bright side are wonderful and they have helped me so much already to be capable of leaving my home which has been a struggle for me for two or more years now. Thank you bright side for helping me on the path of being capable of starting to get my life back and to help get back to me again.”
“Brightside is a very middle of the road therapy service. The providers I've been seeing are wonderful, knowledgeable, and flexible. I appreciate the ease of scheduling, the online only appointments, and the fact that medication can be prescribed through the app.
However, the app itself does not work very well. Even with the latest version, it often tells me it needs to update, and will crash for no reason upon trying to do certain things.
I was also told upon signing up that my insurance was in network and I was fully covered - all I would owe is a $25 dollar copay. This is still what the app claims, but I received a bill in the mail for nearly $400 for the month, as well as another for a separate $25 charge for a psychiatry appointment. How can Brightside itself claim I don't owe anything, and then charge me an outlandish amount of money? Overall, the people working for Brightside are lovely, but the service itself is shady.”
“Having the ability to take appointments from the comfort of your own home and flexible appointment times is a game changer. Very positive experience with all of the therapy sessions.”
