“The practitioners are wonderful and caring. But I really have to say the App itself sucks. Too many glitches, can’t make appointments and takes DAYS to get a response back from customer service. I’ve had to wait up to 4 days before getting a response. I mean you’re in the business with mental health clients, you’d think there would be a sense of urgency to make sure we are actually getting the help we need. And not sitting and waiting for a glitch to get fixed before being able to see a practitioner.”
“I think Brightside is a good program. I just found out about some bad mededical news, so I'm sure that is skewing my results. Depression seems a little batter, but anxiety is off the charts.”
“Brightside has changed my life for the better. I love that I can access the app any time. The lessons are also a really big help in between my therapy appointments.”
“I’m so thankful to have found Brightside! I love the convenience of virtual sessions as well as the fact that my insurance is accepted. The combination of psychiatry and therapy has made a huge difference in my depression and anxiety symptoms. I was very fortunate to connect with two terrific providers on the first try. I finally have some pep back in my step. I only wish I had started sooner!”
“I would be lost without Brightside. Getting in contact with the provider I chose is simple and quick. I can message her at anytime day or night with confidence that I will get a quick, not automated response. The weekly check-ins help my provider and me track and monitor changes in my depression and anxiety over time. And being able to set my appointments on days and times including weekends, that work best has been a lifesaver. The appointments are only 15 minutes long so being able to make time for my mental health has never been easier.”
“I have had an issue with the doctor responding back to my pharmacist when there is a question about a prescribed med. She didn't get any response from the doctor about the possible implications of taking trazodone with streterra. Big disappointment.”
