“I wasn't happy with the therapy portion. I was having issues with the app, I sent in a help request and was reassigned therapists without confirming with me. I canceled my treatment with you for those reasons.”
“You should make it easier to sign up for just the medication portion. Your services are expensive, and your waiting period before switching to just a medication plan is a bit ridiculous for people who are struggling to find a provider.”
“Its just ok- first provider was fine, then it was switched to somebody else without anyone saying anything- then that person never showed for our appointment so I was switched to a third provider who is fine as well. The weekly check in questions are so repetitive and don’t apply to me personally- maybe switch those up to better match the reason a person is seeking treatment? Not all anxiety equals depression. Something I really don’t appreciate is the abundance of spam appointment reminders. I am an adult- I can manage my own time and I don’t think anybody would really need 10+ reminders for something. Overall the service is fine.”
“I am not happy with the therapy part of bright side. It is more like counseling. I need actual therapy not just someone to listen to my problems. I am happy with my prescriber for medication however. For that reason I will keep bright side.”
“Though I like Brightside, lately I have had trouble accessing my lessons. I also just messaged my therapist because my dashboard shows an old appointment is upcoming so I am unable to book my next appointment with her. The customer service team have been kind and helpful, but these issues are making it difficult to use Brightside.”
“Understanding how the system works is difficult. There’s no way of tracking when my next appointment should be or if I need one at all to get a refill. I’m also not sure if that happens automatically or not. Also the first provider I had missed an appointment and tried to shift the blame to me and the second one is just kind of assumptive and rude.”
“I wish my copay wasn't so high. There is no way to afford $75 per therapy session per week. Nor is it affordable every time I need to meet with my provider.”
“I would like to have more options on the website, it just seems like it’s a little bare. I’d like like a visit history, some of sort of option that shows me historical data. Also with customer service, I’d like to have a more faster option for service instead of emailing and getting responses within 24 hours. Maybe a phone number or a chat service would ensure quicker service? Other than that, no complaints!”
“It's fine. There are constant messages it feels like and no way to limit the amount of messages I'm receiving that I've found, so I don't enjoy that.”
