“I joined Brillband in December 2022. After joining online I was contacted very soon after by a real person to arrange the install of full fibre, and to confirm details. Really nice to be contacted by a real person. Brillband kept me well informed of the progress of my order, and provided information on what to expect on the install day. Engineers arrived when I was advised, and they completed the install without issue. The engineers were very helpful, and explained what they were doing. They confirmed everything with me before starting any work. The full fibre service itself is excellent. The Brillband service was working as soon as the engineers completed their work. Compared to my previous provider, the speeds both up, and down are bonkers! 900MB download, and 900MB upload for less than I was paying previously. Very happy with all aspects of the service so far, Brillband have been brill!”

“Fantastic customer service, I was one of the first people to join up, I also left due to a fault on my end but got that sorted and the customer service was fantastic. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have the best service. If you can get them installed, DO IT!”

“What can I say after switching from virgin's "1GIG" package really 200MBPS Brillband are hitting me with pretty much the 1gig down and up for a fraction of the price . Not only that Murren is an absolute delight to speak with along with vivyan very helpful staff that goes above and beyond to help you I can't fault the human response you get NO SCRIPTS here. keep up the amazing work Team Brillband ? installation from cityfibre was flawless and quick”

“We’ve been with Brillband for a few months now. We needed to buy an eero booster for upstairs (didn’t need any booster with non fibre provider). It’s worked perfectly since. Customer service is great & their Scottish, what’s not to love”

“My experience after 2 months is stable, fast internet, no annoying messages from the provider, no internet outages, excellent and easily accessible communication, and good price. It is the best decision I have made regarding the choice of internet provider in the last 6 years. To all those who hesitate, I say that Brillband is a good decision.”

“So far so good. Router arrived couple of days ago, installation today a happened when they were supposed to. Fitters did a good installation. I've emailed a few questions regarding billing and speed tests and had prompt replies.”

“Faultless, I have absolutely zero issues with Brillband, excellent communications from the day I decided to join. The installation team used were brilliant, efficient and tidied up after themselves. The Eero router works really well, it's amazing going from 50 mbps to over 900mbps. Spoken to customer service once with a question and they responded very promptly. Tremendous service thus far.”

“Absolutely no issues with Brillband at all. The whole experience of switching from Virgin to Brillband was seamless and the supplied Eero router worked straight out the box. Speeds are always very good to excellent. Recommended.”

“Refreshing change from Virgin media, rang me within one hour of ordering their service to offer installation dates. Sent router within the week and city fibre took less than an hour & a half to run new connection into my property. Downloads speeds varying between 700 to 950 mbps and upload speeds in excess of 650 mbps on LAN means my old virgin broadband, at 250mbps download and only around 25mbps upload is now consigned to history with the excellent price I am now paying Brillband. Wifi running around 250 to 400mbps upload & download though you do need to be running 5G enabled stuff to get those speeds means that it's all good for us. One last thing, so good to be able to speak with local operators who are responsive meaning I no longer have to go through multiple levels of security to speak with an operator. Highly recommended.”
