“The super kingsize bed is everything we hoped for. It is the third such sized bed I have owned and it is so much more comfortable, substantial, quiet and gorgeous to look at. Delivery took longer than we expected but when it is a bespoke product it is worth the wait. The guys delivering installed it, took away all the debris and packaging and left us with a perfect bed, perfectly installed.”

“Everything from my initial contact with them (thank you Hannah), to the helpful and friendly delivery guys, was exceptional. Hannah sent me a range of samples, and checked back to see if i was happy with them. The delivery guys made an extra effort to arrive early as they knew i had to do the school run....it was so appreciated. It is rare to find such good customer service these days, so well done to Button & Sprung. And that was before i even sat on the bed! I'm pleased to report that the bed (we just purchased the frame through B&S) is fantastic - great quality, and looks so great! It lives up to expectations. Thank you :)”

“Very helpful staff guided us through the choices available. All choices were good and we were delighted when the bed and mattress was put up within an hour. All packaging taken away too, free. The bed feels really good, well worth the money - its the most used piece of furniture after all. Excellent service all round. Jennifer and George”

“I purchased a super-king bed and mattress from B&S both of which arrived without a hitch in the expected timeframe. I am really pleased with the level of comfort and quality and the exceptional customer service from beginning to end including the lightening speed with which the bed was assembled. It was a deliberate and considered purchase and in my opinion the bed & mattress is far superior to anything on offer from well know brands and high street stores.”
