“From the first visit to the showroom, where i received help choosing fabrics and obtaining fabric samples, to communication regarding delivery, to finally coming and fitting the headboards, the service has been exemplary, all the staff have been both efficient and friendly.”

“I did lots of research before ordering my bed from Button and Sprung, visiting showrooms, requesting fabric samples, poring through websites and online reviews. I ultimately visited the B&S showroom, just to be absolutely sure I was making the right decision (I am a control freak), and this really sealed the deal. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products and were happy to spend time answering lots of questions. Having all the beds and fabrics on display helped crystallise all the information I'd gathered so that I could be confident I'd chosen the right bed from the right supplier. Delivery was really easy to organise; on time, efficient and great communication. I couldn't be happier with the bed - it looks great, the quality is excellent and it is very, very comfortable.”

“The staff at the London shop were very welcoming and it was nice to see all the different beds, legs and fabrics in the shop. We were given plenty of time to browse around and ask questions. We opted for the Lavender bed, but in a customised height. There was an issue with our choice of one of their standard legs as they couldn't fit our bed frame. We were informed late after we'd ordered, but fortunately we were able to find something very similar from their supplier. We're very pleased with the quality of our bed, the service provided and the delivery. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Carolyn & Nathan”

“We looked everywhere and I mean everywhere for a bed that looked modern but different and of good quality. I'd given up when my husband found Button & Spring on the internet. Thank Goodness! The minute I saw the bed and checked out the mattresses we bought and paid for our bed and mattress. Once it arrived we were not disappointed. The delivery guys were fantastic. Put the whole thing together for us and left with a smile. I couldn't wait to make the bed and go to sleep that night. My husband and I have had the best nights sleep. Would highly recommend this company and their products.”
