“I went in on speck and was delighted by the coutesy and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, whehter material samples, providing measurements so that we knew it would fit in the lift. When I returned with my husband we quickly placed an order and having received the bed, feel we made the right choice. And finally, B&S had to change the delivery date (well, stuff happens), again they were helpful, very good at returning phone calls, to find a mutually convenient date.”

“We found other bed shops very confusing and could never find anything suitable so decided to do some research and that was when we discovered Button & Sprung. They were extremely helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone to the moment we walked in the showroom. and didn't rush us at all. We were shown the various mattresses they had and the different price ranges and then taken up to their sleep studio and left for as long as we needed to test them out, whilst still being readily available for assistance. We ended up with one mattress for ourselves and one for our daughter. We have all been having our best night's sleep for a long time!! And if you're not happy with the tension they will exchange it, so you have nothing to lose. It was a fairly quick delivery and they took our old mattress away. We would highly recommend them and will be going back very soon to buy one for our other daughter.”

“Excellent customer service from beginning to end - even the delivery was unusually easy. They arranged a 2 hour slot, turned up on time, were very helpful and even took my old mattress away. The mattress is amazingly comfortable and my back pain is easing off. I haven't slept this well in ages! Also an excellent price for such a good quality mattress. I think there is a very slight smell to the mattress but it's only been a week and I'm confident this will fade. It certainly hasn't detracted from a great night's sleep!”

“From the initial visit in the showroom to the delivery and assembly the whole process was flawless, and the lady who helped me in the showroom makes a cracking cup of tea :o) the beds are extremely well made and you can tell the quality from just looking at them. I can't comment on mattresses as I only got the bed frames. For my spare room I got a divan with drawers that slide in and out effortlessly, I am genuinely really chuffed with my purchases. When the chaps came with the delivery there was a piece of furniture in one of the rooms that needed moving out of the way and they moved it for me without me having to ask, very kind, thank you.”

“We bought a fabulous mattress off these guys and it duly arrived at the appointed time. The "nice young men" took our old one away and everything was Hunky Dory. It did look a bit small on our bed frame but so did the it's predecessor so we decided to sleep on it. Oh how we slept! We measured the bed and it was 10 cms bigger than the mattress. We measured the mattress and it was as advertised. We slept on it again. Fast-forward 99 and one half days and we finally drove down to "that London" to see if anything could be done about our dilemma. Well, knock me down with a feather. Those guys at B&S didn't miss a beat. "No problem, have a coffee. All you need is a EURO size mattress. Milk and sugar?" Simples! Truly a wonderful shopping experience. Essentially, here is our product, fall in love with it at your own speed. So hats off to Hannah, Clara and Asif and especially Dee who arranged for the Euro mattress to replace the UK one. And so to bed.”

“Buying a mattress online without trying it feels a bit like a gamble but Button & Sprung's 100 day no quibble return offer persuaded me it was worth a chance. So, what was good? 1 - 0% APR finance. A mattress is expensive so paying over a year is a great option. 2 - Delivery included. It makes it easier to compare prices with high street shops. 3 - Free removal of your old mattress. I hope they send it off for recycling. 4 - Very comfortable. It has a luxurious feel to it and is very supportive without being firm. 5 - 10 year guarantee. Would I buy from Button & Sprung again? Yes, but this mattress feels like it could last all 10 years of the guarantee so I hope they're not relying on me shopping again soon!”

“Great customer service from point of ordering to a friendly and timely delivery. I shopped online, wasn't sure of colours and material choices but the free samples, posted without hassle, made it easy to grasp how the final product might look. The colours on screen weren't the same in real life and I was worried how marks might show on the material. I can find no fault anywhere, product quality is excellent! Exactly what we wanted. We sleep so well in our new bed: like cats on the sofa. Many thanks”

I'm sorry you had trouble with the colours online - sometimes different screen resolutions and browsers can change the colour shades on our website, however we are aware of this and are doing our best to get it sorted as soon as possible.
