“I made the effort to visit the showroom as I wanted to understand why they were more expensive than say John Lewis or Dreams. I am so glad I did! From the moment of arrival I understood why. The showroom is well laid out with every option available on show. Stephane was knowledgable and attentive without being pushy. The quality was head and shoulders above anything I had seen and the choice of fabrics was unbelievable. Even with such a bespoke service their delivery times were still better than their competitors. Communication throughout was excellent and the delivery team were impeccable. Positioned and built the bed exactly where I wanted it and were quick, clean and tidy. I have nothing but praise for Button & Sprung. It was a delight to do business with them and a joy to support our independent businesses.”

“All communications were excellent, fabric samples once requested were sent out quickly. Website easy to navigate and full of information which meant I was confident to place an order even though we didn't manage to go to the showroom to see the products 'in the flesh'.”
