“This was my second purchase from Button & Sprung as I was so impressed with the first. The bed is wonderful. There was an issue with the headboard but it was swiftly dealt with, no quibbling. Thank you so much for my gorgeous bed.”

“Fantastic service. We were kept well informed of the delivery process. The bed was brought into the house and assembled quickly and without fuss: they took it up the two flights of stairs. The finish and quality of the bed is excellent”

“Excellent service. The staff at the Showroom were extremely helpful. The communication as we awaited our delivery was good and the delivery itself was seamless. Very prompt, called before and delightful team who put the bed together and even carried out a sofa for me! We have yet to sleep in the bed as we had already ordered the mattress from elsewhere and it has yet to arrive. When I buy another bed I will do both together! My mistake.”

“I am very happy with the divan bed that I purchased for my son. The bed is of solid quality and my son is getting good sleep on it! The bed was delivered by 2 very polite men who came within the time slot, assembled it and took all the packaging away. If you're thinking of buying a new bed, I would highly recommend Button & Sprung - excellent product and a stress-free experience overall.”

“It’s been far longer than 100 days since we got our bed (January 2022) but that’s not to say I am in any way unhappy. As it’s a new house we are showing people the bedroom and often commented on how lovely and comfortable it looks. We got both the bed and mattress and it’s incredible. I will never recommend another bed but ours. Thank you Button and Sprung. I haven’t been having the best start to the year but having the most comfortable place to relax is one of the most important things in life. All 5 star deserved in all categories from showroom to delivery and the next more than 100 days.”

“I recently moved into a new house and discovered my existing super king bed frame wouldn’t fit up the stairs (large divan base storage bed). The movers suggested I find a new frame that could be delivered in pieces and assembled in the room. I needed to order something new, and wanted it to be high quality. I didn’t want the bed base to be wood slats. After doing some research I came across Button & Sprung. Their website was very informative; allowing me to confirm sizing of each piece so I was confident there wouldn’t be an issue getting anything up the stairs. I also liked that the bed base was solid, and not made of wood slats. Wide selection of fabrics was also great. Worth the wait as the bed is made to order. Delivery was smooth and the bed was assembled in the room quickly and efficiently.”

“Our experience with Button & Sprung was excellent from start to finish. Easy to set up appointment, relaxed process of reviewing options on bed frames and mattresses with no pressure on time and helpful advice. Lead times explained and achieved and very helpful, timing delivery for us to meet our schedule. Delivery process and assembly very efficient and professional. The bed frames and mattresses (1 Swaledale amd 2 Montadale all in super king) are great quality and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.”
