“All communications were excellent, fabric samples once requested were sent out quickly. Website easy to navigate and full of information which meant I was confident to place an order even though we didn't manage to go to the showroom to see the products 'in the flesh'.”

“Love our new Button & Sprung Divan Bed and Mattress. The showroom has a really good selection of both and with their very helpful assistant, it was fun and easy to find what we hoped for. The mattress is just right and we're enjoying wonderful sleep. Definitely recommended.”

“Great service and communication. The bed was delivered on time and constructed in half an hour. Team were very considerate when carrying boxes upstairs and very polite and helpful. Bed is great quality and upholstery extremely good standard. Great service and great quality - would recommend to friends and family”

“Comfiest bed in the world! Plus an amazing customer experience from start to finish. The team were really helpful and knowledgable when I went to test out the mattresses at the store and helped break down all the options about mattresses/bed frames etc. in a really simple way. The delivery team were also friendly and efficient.”

“Bed base with drawers and lovely padded headboard arrived this week. 'Delighted' is an understatement. Whole process was completely painless. We had a look round the Battersea showroom, picked out the design and chose the colour and delivery date. Six weeks later: bosh. Two lovely chaps turned up exactly on time, assembled the bed in an hour, wished us a good night's sleep and left. A GNS was duly had. Quality of product is obvious, as is their entire setup. Next time we need a bed or mattress, we'll be back.”
