“Bed base with drawers and lovely padded headboard arrived this week. 'Delighted' is an understatement. Whole process was completely painless. We had a look round the Battersea showroom, picked out the design and chose the colour and delivery date. Six weeks later: bosh. Two lovely chaps turned up exactly on time, assembled the bed in an hour, wished us a good night's sleep and left. A GNS was duly had. Quality of product is obvious, as is their entire setup. Next time we need a bed or mattress, we'll be back.”

“This was the first time I had used Button & Sprung and I'm very happy with my bed and with the service. I ordered a king size Primrose bed frame and it arrived exactly in the time frame promised. The communication from Button & Sprung was professional and efficient. The delivery team were exceptionally helpful and polite. They erected the bed frame - having carried it up two flights of steep stairs - just as requested. I'm really pleased with the bed itself, it is just as advertised and is both solid and good quality. I love the look of the bed and overall I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Button & Sprung based on my experience and would be happy to order from them again.”

“Excellent customer service in the showroom. We travelled from Peterborough to choose and bed and mattress and it was well worth the trip. The knowledge of the beds and mattresses were excellent. I liked how you could spend time in the mattress room choosing a mattress, no pressure. You were given a pillow to use when trying out the beds.”
