“I had a great experience dealing with Button & Sprung. I found the base on clearance on their website, and after calling the customer service, Stephane helped me combine the base with a brand new headboard. He also made sure to get both base and headboard delivered on the same day. As for delivery, the agents assembled the bed in less than 15 mins. So far, we are happy with our new bed.”

“We spent an extremely pleasant couple of hours at Button and Sprung's comfy showroom in Battersea testing a variety of mattresses. No pressure, no rush and we had a large room with the full range of mattresses just for us - and a lovely cup of tea! Since the mattress was delivered we've had the best nights of sleep in months, and some minor back pain has now all but disappeared. Top marks to the team :)”

“Could not be happier with the service throughout the entire bed buying process. We were the most indecisive couple picking both style and colour. Eventually selected one with the help of Matthew who was super! We then managed to get the bed the day after we moved into our new home and the team were in and out and left no trace. Other than our wonderful new bed! Thanks B&S!!”

“Their service is second to none. Absolutely faultless. I had an issue with my first one of these beds. It was inspected within days of my raising it with Button & Sprung and they immediately said I needed a new bed. The second one has been absolutely perfect. Every member of staff was helpful and knowledge and "on it". What a team, what a company! If you need a new bed buy it from them. PS Also their sizing is better than their competitors too.”

“The service was fantastic from start to finish. When our chosen fabric wasn't available, they contacted us immediately and we were able to upgrade at no additional charge. The bed arrived on time, the delivery team were friendly, and they put the bed together quickly with no fuss. The bed is well made and looks great. We're looking forward to many more restful nights.”
