“Had been looking at Ottoman beds in Button & Sprung on line for a while and eventually popped into the showroom, staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and the whole buying process was very easy with lots of options available, delivery day and the team were unable to get the mattress up the stairs due to our very low ceilings (beamed property) no problem an exact folded replacement was arranged at no cost to us, re-delivery was a few weeks later and the delivery team were excellent, bed looks amazing and so comfortable and also stores all my shoes and handbags was else could we want!”

“Love our new Highland Green velvet bed frame from Button and Sprung….we went for the ottoman so great for storage. The guys who came and assembled were lovely too and made sure I was happy and could open and close the bed before they left.”

“We have the super king, Rose. This is the best bed we’ve ever had! It’s so strong and sturdy, love the solid base for heavy memory foam mattresses, so well made and no issues. We previously had a bed from another company that rhymes with weather and clack, the middle base bar bent after a few nights use, got it replaced and it bent again! So we had to get that refunded and found Button and Sprung and so glad we did. The base surround is all upholstered too, so you don’t whack your knees/toes on hard corners and edges. After we originally ordered the bed, we made a mistake with the fabric colour and the team switched it for us, no problems at all! You can’t get any better quality and for the price, it’s amazing.”

“Amazing mattress and amazing service. Was desperately in need of a new mattress after using an awful hybrid mattress for almost a year. Loved Button & Sprung's ethos and definitely wanted something natural and better for the environment this time around. I went to the showroom in Clapham, where Ruth kindly showed me around and explained the difference between the two mattresses I was interested in (the Borderdale and the Galway). I was expecting to prefer the more expensive option but Ruth suggested I might prefer the Borderdale, which I did. I really appreciated the honesty and genuine knowledge and enthusiasm for their mattresses, as I never felt like I was being sold to or pushed into a more expensive option. Ordering and paying was all very smooth and by the time I'd got to the coffee shop down the road, I'd received my confirmation email with all the details. I was told they'd be in touch nearer the time to confirm a date and 2 hour delivery slot. I was very pleased to get a delivery date of 2 and a half weeks later, rather than the advertised 4–6 weeks! The drivers confirmed the 2 hour slot a few days before delivery and the actual delivery was timely, smooth, and the drivers were very polite. And the mattress is SO good. I can't remember the last time we slept so well! All in all, Button & Sprung were faultless and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. And fantastic service from Ruth. I actually have already recommended them to at least 2 people I know who are on the lookout for a new mattress!”
