From the helpful advice from Hannah on whether a bed would be right for our mattress size and bedroom space, to Matthew being so accommodating on fitting in a half-term delivery last minute, right through to deliver driver Jamie, who went above and beyond the call of duty. “I love our new mattress - it arrived promptly, the delivery men were helpful and took away all their rubbish. The first night was comfortable and there was no strong chemical smell, which is why I chose a button spring mattress. The mattress seems to hold your heat, so if you are a cold person you feel warm and cosy in bed. It’s firm but not hard. As much as I loved my old mattress I realised what I was missing in terms a comfortable night’s sleep no lumps or bumps now.”

“I ordered the Foxtail bed and I’m really happy with it. It looks great, and I’m using it with my existing mattress ( a Harrison) I was expecting a sprung slatted base but the box base works well and it’s now so easy to make the bed. Delivery was smooth and communication always good.”
