“I found the whole experience of purchasing a Bed from Button & Sprung to be very straight forward and would recommend anyone that is thinking of buying a new Bed to give them a whirl, I don`t think you will go anyehere else after visiting there premises. I have had the Bed for a while now, so have given it a fair test drive and it certainly has lived up to expectations.”

“We ordered a bed for our daughter several months ago. The team were very accommodating about rescheduling delivery several times to fit around building work, and on the day of delivery the delivery guys arrived on time and couldn't have been more efficient on a very hot day. The bed looks very smart and my daughter is very comfortable. Thank you!”

“Made a special trip to London from the south coast and were not disappointed with selection of beds, fabrics etc. Decided on a Foxtail frame but weren't sure which fabric so took lots of samples home to finalise. Delivery was a little longer than we would have liked but on the day it was on time and the delivery men were extremely helpful and assembled the bed with a minimum of fuss. First rate service from B&S.”

“Easy website, wonderful customer service from the website/showroom side to the delivery. Although my delivery was a little late in the day, they kept me updated so frequently I knew exactly what was happening. The beds were made quickly with all rubbish removed and the room left clean. And most important of all, the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Button and Sprung.”

“I went in on speck and was delighted by the coutesy and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, whehter material samples, providing measurements so that we knew it would fit in the lift. When I returned with my husband we quickly placed an order and having received the bed, feel we made the right choice. And finally, B&S had to change the delivery date (well, stuff happens), again they were helpful, very good at returning phone calls, to find a mutually convenient date.”

“We found other bed shops very confusing and could never find anything suitable so decided to do some research and that was when we discovered Button & Sprung. They were extremely helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone to the moment we walked in the showroom. and didn't rush us at all. We were shown the various mattresses they had and the different price ranges and then taken up to their sleep studio and left for as long as we needed to test them out, whilst still being readily available for assistance. We ended up with one mattress for ourselves and one for our daughter. We have all been having our best night's sleep for a long time!! And if you're not happy with the tension they will exchange it, so you have nothing to lose. It was a fairly quick delivery and they took our old mattress away. We would highly recommend them and will be going back very soon to buy one for our other daughter.”

“Excellent customer service from beginning to end - even the delivery was unusually easy. They arranged a 2 hour slot, turned up on time, were very helpful and even took my old mattress away. The mattress is amazingly comfortable and my back pain is easing off. I haven't slept this well in ages! Also an excellent price for such a good quality mattress. I think there is a very slight smell to the mattress but it's only been a week and I'm confident this will fade. It certainly hasn't detracted from a great night's sleep!”
