“Excellent customer service in the showroom. We travelled from Peterborough to choose and bed and mattress and it was well worth the trip. The knowledge of the beds and mattresses were excellent. I liked how you could spend time in the mattress room choosing a mattress, no pressure. You were given a pillow to use when trying out the beds.”

“Very pleased with our new bedframe. We visited the store to choose the frame and mattress and were really impressed with the whole experience. The bed was delivered in the agreed time frame and plenty of contact from Button and Sprung in the run up to delivery. Very helpful delivery men too and we would highly recommend.”

“Great experience in the showroom in Battersea. Helpful staff talked us through the options, made coffee, and surfaced the customer return lines offered at a discount. The delivery process was easy to organise and good comms from the staff meant we were kept up to date on what time slot to expect it in.”

“I am hugely impressed by Button & Sprung and recommend you don't go anywhere else. The showroom is very well laid out and Adam and the rest of the team were really helpful and efficient, immediately getting to grips with what I wanted. I have now got three of his beds, all different designs and all fantastically comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and look forward to bedtime every day!”

“We were unable to get to the showroom, but had some fantastic advice and recommendations from the customer service team. We have struggled for years to find a mattress that suits us both (I'm a back sleeper, him a front!), so we were pleased with the 100 day trial period too. We splashed out as much as we could on a Southdown kingsize and its absolutely the BEST mattress we have ever had. worth every single penny. No sore shoulders, no sore backs. Its heaven and I highly recommend. Fabulous company, fabulous products and love the hand made approach. You won't regret buying a Button & Sprung mattress.”

“I just bought our fourth Button and Sprung bed/mattress. Now everyone in the family has one. I am a huge fan of this company. Shopping for a new mattress can be overwhelming. There is so much choice out there. Button and Sprung make it easy by ticking all the boxes: their mattresses are really well reviewed, they let you try your mattress for 100 days, they make their matresses in the UK using quality natural materials, and finally I am always struck by the integrity and ingenuity of the business itself. I am writing this review not only because I love their products but also because I want the other sock they promised me.”
