“I needed a bed for my new house so I decided to visit the showroom in Battersea. Customer service was great and very helpful. (Stephan) was lovely. The bed arrived on time as given and the delivery team fitted it well. I love the bed, velvet feels amazing. Definitely got the princess feeling. Thanks to the team. So far so good!”

“This review came relatively late - I have been using my Button & Sprung mattress for more than 1.5 years and I cannot imagine not sleeping on it for one night. When I go on vacations I lament the (lack of) quality of hotel mattresses. During hotter months I never wake up with a sweat as the mattress is very breathable despite its loftiness. I never have to worry about not being warm enough during the colder months. The delivery was quick and smooth with. Be sure to use a mattress protector to keep it in pristine condition. Would recommend anyone interested to go to their showroom to experience each mattress before making a decision. I went there and thoroughly enjoyed my time there snoozing away...”

“Received Perendale earlier than expected. They arranged for the disposal of our current mattress as well and everything went smooth. So far about 1 month with mattress. Much better sleep without lower back pains. The other reason for selecting thid mattress was the natural fibres for breathability. It really helps night sweats tremendously. 100% would recommend.”

“This mattress is gorgeous and the service was excellent. I shopped around many, many natural mattresses and in the Perendale came out as the best quality (check spring count in the main mattress AND the pillow top), best guarantee and best value for money making it well worth the investment. I had back problems after a memory foam mattress and now wake up pain free feeling actually rested.”

“This is our second B&S mattress (for a different bed). Beautiful showroom and an unhurried experience trying to choose the right mattress. We ended up with a clearance item, which meant we got a great mattress for our budget. Great quality, craftsmanship and above all, comfort! Prompt delivery and a very efficient team. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.”

“Could not fault our experience of Button & Sprung from start to finish. Stephane was so friendly and helpful in the showroom. The vast range of fabric samples were great as was seeing each of the bed frames in the shop and being able to lie on the mattresses! “Great experience choosing and personalising my chosen bed with an array of fabrics and colours and legs! The in-store team were knowledgeable and helpful - even when I changed my mind on colour a few days later!
