“From the point of placing our order to the departure of the delivery van the service was excellent. We were kept informed about the status of our delivery. The two guys who delivered the bed were courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. The whole process took a lot of stress off us. And the bed? Very happy with the bed. Thank you”

“We had a great time in store trying out all the mattress and deciding on the smaller details of the bed itself. Every one is store was super helpful. Bed delivery was quick and efficient and we are thrilled with the quality of the mattress and the comfort of the bed as a whole. Well worth the money.”

“I was very impressed with the help online as to what mattress would be suitable as myself and my daughter have spinal issues. I would highly recommend the mattress and the company. I have a very rare condition that makes me highly allergic to chemicals and there has been no of gassing. The mattress is very comfortable and I am very happy with the support and comfort. I would highly recommend this company”

“After well over a decade, our old mattress resembled the undulations of a ploughed field. We did some research for a replacement and explored the many different options made by Button & Sprung, and other brands. We explored the range in their Battersea showroom, and on further deliberation, we narrowed our preference to the Southdown mattress. We liked the natural components of wool+cotton etc, as opposed to the foams and synthetic constituents of many other manufacturers. The bespoke option of a firmer mattress for my husband & a regular mattress for myself, provided the perfect solution for us, when zipped together. Although this was a slightly pricier package, we now have a dream sanctuary, as we sink into a bed which feels like floating on a cloud. Thank you, Button & Sprung, for a good night's sleep each night ... and hopefully for the next decade or more!”

“Love our new bed! It is beautifully made, is sooooo comfy and the delivery staff couldn't have been more polite, respectful of our home, tidy and quick in putting together the new bed and taking all the wrappings away with them. Highly recommend.”

From the moment I walked into the Button & Sprung showroom to my first night in my new bed & mattress, the process was quick, efficient and for a change all about me as a customer! Love my new bed and mattress, all pocket sprung and the craftsmanship 5 star. My friends who stay also enjoy the Button & Sprung mattress in the guest bedroom as well. “Button & Sprung have been fantastic. Very professional and quality products but very personal service. I received some really helpful advice from them when I was deciding what to purchase. There was one issue with my delivery not being quite what I expected but the customer service when I raised the issue was great and they offered to replace it straight away.”

“Ordering was super easy - and delivery was quicker than expected. The bed is extremely comfortable, and looks great - the headboard is a really great option. The headboard was extremely heavy and difficult to manoeuvre - I recommend getting the bed delivered to its final resting place (which was our issue not the company's). I would definitely use the company again.”

“I absolutely love the Iris bed. It's really sleek and sits well in a contemporary setting. Button & Sprung are a dream company to deal with (pardon the pun!) - from super helpful staff in the showroom through to great communication post order - they keep you up to date on everything before you even realise there's something you need to ask - and finally clean and orderly delivery and set up, taking all the packing away too. I can't recommend highly enough.”
