“Couldn’t be more pleased with our bed! We visited the store before making an order to help us decide which bed to get, which was a great experience in of itself - staff were very knowledgable and we were well looked after with drinks etc. The online order process was very smooth and accommodating when I needed to delay my delivery. Delivery was on time, efficient and no mess left. Overall would highly recommend.”

“This is my third Button and Sprung mattress. The quality is simply the best... better than all the rest. And the customer service is better than anyone, anyone I've ever met. I had a question about this order before I placed it. It was 1645 on a bank holiday Monday and they still answered my email within 5 minutes. They once changed a (different) mattress for free because I made a mistake when ordering. I like sleep a lot and I spend quite a bit of my life on my mattress - they are worth every penny.”

“I can’t recall the last time I experienced such fantastic customer service. Certainly not for many years! Having started the process of looking for a new mattress, I immediately became disillusioned when dealing with high street stores and nearly gave up. I then discovered Button and Sprung online and everything changed. Their show room in Battersea is a treat. A wonderful shopping experience. The service my partner and received from Stephane was first class. After two visits (because I was being indecisive), we settled on our choice. It arrived exactly on time a month later and we couldn’t be happier. It is ridiculously comfortable. I have read other stories of people needing to adjust to a change in mattress etc. This has not been the case for us - instantly, incredibly comfortable. It has been worth every penny. I cannot recommend B&S more highly and will definitely go back to them next time I am in the market for a bed and mattress. OUTSTANDING service! Thank you very much.”

“We had such fun going into the show room and trying out the mattresses. The sales associates were very helpful and the delivery of our mattress was well organized and efficient. The delivers brought our mattress up three flights of stairs and were courteous the whole time. Would highly recommend Button & Sprung as a company, plus the mattress is AMAZING.”

“Showroom was great, the staff were very helpful in choosing colours and designs. Delivery was great, best deliverymen we've ever seen, polite, quick, sorted it all out exactly where we wanted it and took away the rubbish, no fuss. Bed is spot on, lovely fabric and finish, exactly the right size vs the mattress, doesn't slip or creak. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
