“I would recommend any one thinking of buying a new mattress to go to the Button & Sprung showroom where the helpful and informed staff, will give you a pillow with a fresh pillowcase to put on it and let you try out the many mattresses for as long as you like...without pressuring you at all. The company use uk natural materials - very impressive....Compared to Vi-Sprung whos mattresses are the price of an upmarket car, or two...to my mind Button & Sprung produce that sort of quality but at sensible reasonable prices.”

“The service from Button and Sprung was great, from questions over fabrics and help with samples and lead times to communication regarding delivery. Delivery was on time, smooth and involved minimal input from me. A happy customer, I would definitely reuse and recommend.”

“Really impressed. I called to swap some of the bed feet options as I liked a bed but there wasn’t an option in the website to pick some feet that I’d seen on another bed range, all completely fine and sorted in 5 mins on the phone. Really attentive and quick to answer the phone too. Button & Sprung were really accommodating when I needed the delivery delayed as the mattress (bought from elsewhere) was delayed, and worked around when was convenient for me. The delivery and assembly team were really great and very fast! Also really like the bed.. Happy all round.”

“A wonderful bed. The velvet is a slightly lighter colour than the swatch but apart from that I am very happy with Button & Sprung. Very polite delivery team too.”

Hello and thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! Fabrics are dyed by batch - and there can be very slight colour variation from batch to batch (although it shouldn't be noticeable!). Also - velvets can appear to change colour due to changes in light - and also depending on which way the pile is running (determining how the light is reflecting off the fabric.) “Perfect experience from start to finish, from the visit to the shop, where we were treated incredibly well, to the email responses to all our questions, to the delivery of the bed. Delivery on time, perfect assembly, everyone very friendly. And the bed couldn't be nicer. I recommend it 100%.”
