“From start to finish this has been a 5 star service and experience. From the showroom where we spent a long time testing out every mattress they had, we didn't feel rushed, we were offered coffee and expert advice. To great flexibility on delivery dates and communication. To our mattress arriving; the delivery drivers were so courteous (they took their shoes off without us asking), mindful of our home when putting the mattress in the right location. They were so friendly and so quick! And last but certainly not least, the mattress is so comfortable! Made from natural, non animal products and having a luxury feel. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!”

“They give you enough time and space in the store to really feel comfortable you've chosen the right product and delivery it smoothly. Really great to find a company that cares about the carbon footprint and comfort in a mattress - would be amazing if they continued with this and certified as a B Corp or similar (as some competitors have done).”

“Received lots of fabric samples via post, and super happy with fabric I chose. Went to showroom - super customer service (even returned a scarf I left there) and beds look exactly as online. The delivery was as requested, and they constructed in the bedroom so didn't damage staircase or walls on way up. Very happy with everything. Bed v comfy (got B and S mattress too). Was concerned mattress may slide on base but does not at all. The mattress was cheapest range firm, and it's just right for me - was pleased I'd tried out all the mattresses first.”

“Excellent customer service. Really high quality products too. They really know what they are talking about and were brilliant at guiding us through mattress selection. The bed is excellent too. Strongly recommend getting over to their showroom where you can see a lot of what they offer in person. Delivery and installation was seamless and professional too! Can't fault them!”

“I would have loved to give a five star review because honestly it is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on (and I travel a lot with work to 5 star hotels). I have had problems with my back and the level of support is truly wonderful and I wake up feeling refreshed now, instead of slightly beaten up! I went for the king size “Swaledale” the “firmer” option and it’s perfect for me. I’d definitely advise going to try them all though before you pick for yourself. The experience in the showroom was also brilliant. Very knowledgable and non pushy staff. I was given a full tour of what was on offer and invited to try them as we went, then I was left to my own devices and encouraged to spend a decent amount of time lying on the mattresses I thought were the best. They were very friendly, helpful and easy going. I also love that they are made fully of natural, bio degradable materials. The delivery guys were also very friendly and considerate of my flat when they moved around it. The only reason I took a star off is because the mattress I was initially sent came in at least 5cm short in both directions. And the first night I slept on it I noticed quite a strong farmy smell as it warmed from my body heat. They were very accommodating when I emailed with my concerns and have since sent out a replacement. It is slightly bigger but still falls slightly short. I did see that they say this is because as the mattress relaxes with use it will reach it’s intended size if the difference is within 2cm. They said to me that they had had a batch of mattresses that had been reported as having a strong smell but it has now been sorted. Honestly though, I got a mattress protector and it almost completely eliminated and smell from the original mattress anyway. The new one doesn’t have this smell to it. Thank you Button and Sprung, you have brought me joy every night and every morning. I have already recommended you to several people.”

The mattresses are hand-made items, and very occasionally errors do occur, which we'll always endeavour to put right.
