“Buying from Button and Sprung was a great experience The Website was easy to use, samples of Fabric were easy to obtain, the staff were responsive to all of my questions. Delivery was smooth, our old bed was dismantled and the new one constructed with a minimum of mess. Most importantly the end result, our new bed, is great, well built and looks fantastic. Really good product and service in every respect.”

“Very happy with the quality of the mattress - it is perfect for our 9.5 year old. He upgraded from a little green sheep mattress, which are very hard, this was fine for when he was younger but he definitely needed a new mattress. The tension is great, not too hard but also not too soft. So glad we invested in a good quality mattress to carry him through to the end of his teenage years. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery drivers were professional - they even took their shoes off without me asking! One thing that I thought was a bit strange was the lone sock. It just felt unnecessary and wasteful. If they wanted to gift a pair of socks, that would have been lovely and greatly received - they could gift a pair of socks and ask us to leave a review. I would have been happy to do so. But to leave just one sock, and force someone into leaving a review felt pushy and took away from the quality of the brand in my opinion.”

Hi India - thank you for your kind review and for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt that leaving one sock (and asking for a review) seemed pushy, that is not what we want at all. We have done this now for a number of years and it is a genuine attempt to encourage people to leave reviews (good or bad), as normally, very few people write reviews (in the region of 5 to 10%). Customers tell us that they find reviews really helpful in deciding, so we wanted to provide an incentive to encourage more people to write reviews. We will of course send you a matching sock. “Fantastic customer service from the time we walked into your showroom to receiving our bed, thank you. The ottoman base is very well made and the upholstery is excellent quality. Our mattress is very comfortable too and we have both slept very well since it’s arrival. We also wanted to say that the guys that assembled our bed were very polite and efficient and explained what they were doing throughout. We would highly recommend Button and Sprung”

“Bed and frame really lovely - and the service was great. They confirmed a delivery date before ordering and it went like clockwork. They didn't even mind assembling it in the bedroom at the top of the house. Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent bed. More beautiful than in photos, it is strong with a beautifully-shaped and comfortable headboard. The legs are pretty, well-proportioned and the fabric is well-weighted very attractive. Having ordered the bed only a few weeks before Christmas I was very surprised to be able to receive it before Christmas. And there was no problem when I had to alter the delivery time. Would highly recommend this clever company.”

“The mattress is wonderful and comfortable. One of the best i have ever bought as its. Often other mattresses arent as soft as i require. Also the team at B&S were very accomodating to my ever changing delivery dates!”
