“Wanting to sleep in a completely natural bed with excellent comfort I was pleased to find Button & Sprung online. Unable to visit the London showroom I received very helpful guidance during a phone conversation to choose a mattress which would be “Goldilocks” right for me. I am delighted with both the Primrose bed and the comfort of the Drysdale mattress. From order, through delivery I was informed of progress all the way through. Don’t hesitate to use this shop.”

“Button and Sprung showroom gave us the opportunity to explore the products. Employees were well informed and provided us with the information for us to make an informed decision on the right mattress for us. All staff were professional and gave us the time and information for us to make the right decision for us. The order was placed and we were updated with delivery notices. we were informed we would take delivery in 4 weeks. Buttons and Sprung were true to there word. Quality of bed frame and mattress is excellent.”

“Beautiful mattress: Comfortable Soft No odour Supportive and firm without being hard and restrictive We are very pleased up to now and it’s only been a few weeks; we keep rotating the mattress as suggested. Much better than our Simba mattress that we had to return for so many reasons. Will highly recommend Button & Sprung. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with.”

“Ordered the bed by phone. Pleasant lady took the order. Notified of the delivery date and a week later the time the delivery would take place. Two extremely polite gentlemen delivered and installed the bed. All wrappings taken away. No problems at all.”

“Easy ordering online, with the back up of email correspondence to confirm shape of the bedheads under scrutiny. Arrived a week earlier than I was expecting, though originally I thought the time line was 3-4 weeks I was then told it was 5-7 weeks; it arrived 5.5 weeks after confirmation of order.”

“The mattress is superb. We were slightly surprised that the seconds mattress we purchased cost £200 to deliver, when new mattresses only cost £50 to our region. It seems strange that it should cost £150 more to deliver the exact same mattress simply because it’s been returned by another customer. Aside from this the team were very knowledgeable and helpful and the mattress arrived as expected and on time. Many thanks”
