“The mattress is VERY well made and comfortable. I'm quite surprised by how deep/thick the mattress is, maybe two 1.5 or more thicker than my old mattress. After sleeping on an old mattress with a few springs pushing through, the B&S one was very plush and hard to get used to because it is very well made, and the construction is so different. I feel like a frog on a lilly pad.”

“Good support during the sales process, useable advice. We were looking at a number of options and ended with Button & Sprung as the options were wide enough but not overwhelming, and we found the right comfort at the right price. Service was good, installation, removing old mattress, removing all rubbish, pleasant approach. Very flexible on timings so our specific needs could be met. We are very comfortable on the bed! “My new wool mattress provides much improved support and comfort to my previous memory foam one. My husband doesn't sweat as much and I have additional support for my arthritic neck and back. Very leased wit the tidy the and the service received by all staff. Thank you”

“The delivery of the new mattress was good. Friendly chaps who were mindful that there were sleeping toddlers in the house! Still wearing in the mattress but so far so good and nearly half way through the trial period.”

“Bought single divan bed (no mattress). It took 6-7 weeks to make - lengthy but as advised. Great choice of fabrics. Bed arrived on time and was delivered and set up efficiently. All rubbish removed. Great communication.”
