“Good support during the sales process, useable advice. We were looking at a number of options and ended with Button & Sprung as the options were wide enough but not overwhelming, and we found the right comfort at the right price. Service was good, installation, removing old mattress, removing all rubbish, pleasant approach. Very flexible on timings so our specific needs could be met. We are very comfortable on the bed! Thansk”

“My new wool mattress provides much improved support and comfort to my previous memory foam one. My husband doesn't sweat as much and I have additional support for my arthritic neck and back. Very leased wit the tidy the and the service received by all staff. Thank you”

“The delivery of the new mattress was good. Friendly chaps who were mindful that there were sleeping toddlers in the house! Still wearing in the mattress but so far so good and nearly half way through the trial period.”

“Bought single divan bed (no mattress). It took 6-7 weeks to make - lengthy but as advised. Great choice of fabrics. Bed arrived on time and was delivered and set up efficiently. All rubbish removed. Great communication.”

“I like my bed. However I'd expect a more customised service. When I was ordering the bed I asked the Buttons to be made of a different fabric . Unfortunately it wasn't an option.”

Hi Maya, Many thanks for your review and feedback. We try our very best to offer a customised service, which we hope are reflected in the numerous options we do offer our customers. However, we also appreciate there are things we do not currently offer, which are often due to restrictions with our manufacturing process.
