“I like my bed. However I'd expect a more customised service. When I was ordering the bed I asked the Buttons to be made of a different fabric . Unfortunately it wasn't an option.”

Hi Maya, Many thanks for your review and feedback. We try our very best to offer a customised service, which we hope are reflected in the numerous options we do offer our customers. However, we also appreciate there are things we do not currently offer, which are often due to restrictions with our manufacturing process. “Customer service has been great and very responsive throughout. Clara was very helpful always. Delivery men came when promised and were very helpful and efficient. Only reason is this is not outstanding is because the bed came with 4 big drawers instead of 2 big and 2 small. This is being replaced so hopefully all will be sorted in the next few weeks.”

“Really love the bed, especially the Perivale mattress which is so comfy and giving us both a great nights sleep. The service in store was really good and the delivery of the bed was quicker than we thought, so we're happy customers.”

“Great customer service from the guys who set up our bed who were super polite and respectful. Only giving 4 stars because the lead time was so long. I am a little concerned that you can 'see' the uprights on the headboard through the velvet fabric, not quite the finish I was anticipating.”

“Good service, professional and caring. Good quality bed. We are happy customers. They delivered and assembled the bed and took away the packaging. The delivery guys were very helpful in helping me to move my other king size mattress upstairs. They had brought the wrong mattress but they went back straight away to the warehouse to fix the problem. I recommend this company.”

“Purchased an ex-display item and was not disappointed, the Bed is well made and very sturdy, something i was dubious about considering its technically a divan on legs! I wasn't provided any written instructions or paperwork to set up the bed myself, but had a run through in the warehouse and each bit fitted together like a simple jigsaw, but did require two people to do so. Only flaw i can see with the design would be the metal slots which hold the bed together, it is a tight squeeze to get them to slot together, and there is very little to stop the bed from falling through these slots beyond 1 metal screw at the bottom of the metal V shaped slot which could have torn the material as the bed was being put together, and which still plays on my mind as a future problem that may arise.. There has been a slight shift over time in how the bed fits together, with one side of the divan (where they join together in the middle) sinking slightly lower than the other and I've no idea why or how to rectify? Perhaps its my floor or perhaps its an issue with Divans generally (I've never owned one before!) I'm not sure the bed will last as long as my old 12 year old Ikea one did, Mainly due to the possibility of sunfading on the headboard material and the already sunken one side but I'm hopeful. (It would be good to be able to buy stainer like you can do for suede shoes, to re-stain in future) Staff in store were friendly and polite.”
