“Asif and Matthew were both really helpful from the start. They listened to what we wanted and showed us all the options...also very patient when we kept changing our minds! Despite there being a problem with the manufacture of our bed and a subsequent delay to delivery of our bed this was all communicated well and provisions were made until the bed arrived. Would highly recommend B&S for service and quality of product.”

“Brilliant service, brilliant product. Courteous and efficient and the 100 day money-back guarantee makes it a no-brainer. The delivery men were polite and made no fuss nor mess. Best of all, and we've had the mattress now for 2 months, we still remark on the amazing comfort every night. Very satisfied.”

“Aside from the fact I think the product is fantastic and my mattress is extremely comfortable, your service is second to none. I really needed my mattress by a certain day and it arrived much earlier than I expected. You certainly exceeded expectations and I will be recommending you to everyone. “We bought a king size bed (Primrose style), and 5800 sprung Galway mattress a couple of months ago - and we couldn't be happier with both - the bed looks (and feels) like it should be in a 5-star hotel, it's of a very good quality, and the mattress is a heaven to sleep on! The overall service was outstanding - the guys in the showroom so professional and knowledgeable, email communication around delivery was spotless, and the delivery guys were amazing - assembled the bed quickly without making any noise and leaving any mess, would recommend the company to everyone!”

“We love our new bed and mattress!! It looks gorgeous and is so comfortable and has transformed our boring bedroom into looking like a posh hotel room! Delivery was well organised and the delivery men were very friendly and professional. We also loved the gift voucher from hush which we spend on an alpaca throw, the perfect accessory for our new bed.”
