“Firstly the service is superb, knowledgeable, friendly people. We initially chose a firm mattress that my girlfriend couldn't get on with (I thought it was great) but the 100 day guarantee was exactly as stated! We spoke to the guys and without any quibble at all, 10 days later our new regular mattress turned up at no cost. We love our bed and mattress. Thank you so much!”

“Well - can this Company ever show others how to do it!? Yes!! From the point of ordering I was kept well informed about progress. They found a very small quality issue with my divan, which they replaced speedily. The folks who arrived with my divan were courteous, interested and efficient. I even received a complementary gift from them as recompense for the quality issue - as if I needed it!!! If they can keep hold of good staff, training all newcomers this well, they will be a serious competitor to John Lewis for customer service.”

“We needed a mattress urgently and you managed to get us a Swaledale in record time. The delivery team was very efficient and friendly. They moved a sofa bed upstairs and a bed frame to a different room. The mattress is the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We are going to bed earlier than before just to enjoy it! We highly recommend your for product quality and service. Aurora & Dennis”

“Used Button and Sprung after finding them online. I needed to get a mattress delivered to my bosses Chelsea apartment same day - and I'm stuck in Nottingham!! I managed to get a fantastic deal and the customer service was beyond brilliant! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't leave my boss sleeping on a wooden floor. Thank you to everyone who helped me today, you have restored my faith in British customer service!”

“I visited the showroom and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Order arrived early, I had ordered the firm mattress as I sometimes get problems with my back but it was far too firm for me (good quality though) I explained my mistake to them and they very kindly replaced it FOC. Outstanding customer service have recommended to friends.”

“Great service from the Clara in the office. I wanted a different colour fabric and she went out of her way to help me source another colour. Everyone was so helpful and patient. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed all the way. Would absolutely recommend. I love my bed!!”
