“I really can’t recommend Button & Sprung highly enough. Both the quality and comfort of our new bed & mattress are outstanding – we’ve never slept better. The customer service was fantastic throughout - nothing ever seemed too much trouble for every member of staff we came into contact with, who were all incredibly attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Also B&S's products are great value when compared to the rest of the market. A customer for life!”

“We purchased a bed and mattress on line and were really pleased with the service we received. The bed and mattress arrived on the day arranged, in fact delivery was 2 hours early (but we were kept informed of the revised delivery time). The delivery men were very polite and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. The bed and headboard look lovely and the mattress is really comfortable.”

“We visited the showroom and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took samples of our wallpaper and carpet to match our colour scheme and Dee went and fetched fabrics to tie in the scheme. We were not hurried and were given plenty of time to try out all the mattresses without feeling stressed, we even got tea and chocolate biscuits :-) After ordering our bed and mattress the store kept us in touch with delivery dates/times etc and everything arrived as predicted. We are both extremely happy with our Burdock Divan bed and Perendale mattress, it was perfect from the first night we slept on it. Yes, I agree I could have got a bed and mattress for less than half the price from high street retailers but bearing in mind I love sleeping and Sunday lie in's its definitely worth the money! One teeny weeny gripe, my Husband said the delivery guys were a bit heavy handed and didn't really have much clue about getting the bed upstairs but there was no damage so all was good. I would highly recommend Button and Sprung - thanks so much Mr & Mrs Jackman”

“Good support during the sales process, useable advice. We were looking at a number of options and ended with Button & Sprung as the options were wide enough but not overwhelming, and we found the right comfort at the right price. Service was good, installation, removing old mattress, removing all rubbish, pleasant approach. Very flexible on timings so our specific needs could be met. We are very comfortable on the bed! Thansk”
