“A very nice show room with helpful owner and staff. We had a bed that did not fit up our stairs (check carefully!) and it was changed without a quibble. A very good experience from start to lying in a lovely bed”

“If only all shopping experiences were as straightforward and positive as that of buying my bed from Button & Sprung. Their London showroom is perfect with all beds on display and optional fabrics available to see and feel. I must have ordered tens of samples to look at before placing the order. I am delighted with my bed - it is really stunning and I would buy from here again. With the stresses of buying my house and moving in one thing I didn't have to worry about was the order and delivery of my bed - and this can't be said for some of the other items of furniture that I bought. 10 out of 10 Button & Sprung!”

“Every aspect of dealing with this company was joyous. The initial phone call to them, a further phone call for more information, ordering and being kept up to date of my delivery slot. All excellent. The delivery guys phoned 45 minutes in advance, arrived within the time slot and were incredibly helpful and charming. 5 stars all round!”

“Ordered the Burdock bed in a bespoke fabric together with a mattress. Placed my order with a very helpful staff member. Kept well informed throughout the order process and bed arrived on time. The bed looks great!”

“Really pleased with the bed and customer service. Has a small issue with the base boards being incorrect (we had been promised the newer boards), but this is now being sorted.”

“Bit late writing my review - been asleep :-) Lovely well made comfy mattress. Kept informed through out of delivery which was postponed for a week but not really a problem. Very helpful company and there are not many when you have a query the top man rings you back - thank you Adam. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them”
