“After our Dux bed died after the guaranteed 20 years, we wanted to replace it, but as the only outlet is in central London we didn't want to have to drag all the way there to choose a bed. I think the market had moved past us and they were only really interested in a higher end than us. Luckily, I found a newspaper article on the internet featuring Adam talking about mattresses. It was clear from what he said that he really knows what's he's talking about so I looked up the website and rang him for advice. We had a great chat and he was incredibly helpful and realistic in his recommendations. As we're out of town, we decided to replace a double bed in a spare room to see how that would work for us. It worked beautifully, and now we have two B&S beds, one bespoke, and are thrilled with them. The service was impeccable, the price realistic (unlike Dux) the two gentlemen who delivered the beds & divans were a delight as was everybody we dealt with at B&S. Nothing was too much trouble, and If you want to get what you want, when you want it, great value for money and gold star service, choose Button & Sprung.”

“I like my bed. However I'd expect a more customised service. When I was ordering the bed I asked the Buttons to be made of a different fabric . Unfortunately it wasn't an option.”

However, we also appreciate there are things we do not currently offer, which are often due to restrictions with our manufacturing process. “The whole process of ordering from Button and Sprung was first class, detailed descriptions on the website and free fabric samples which made choosing our bed as easy as possible. The delivery service was excellent with the bed fully assembled and all packaging taken away. We're delighted with our new bed, which is as high quality and stylish as we were expecting.”
