“Pleasantly surprised - this big over-oven extractor arrived in Ireland within 3 working days! Good looking product, really works well - was cooking bacon standing next to my veggie daughter yesterday (she wouldn't have come within 5 yards with the previous extractor at full speed). Easy enough to fit, but a printed template to ensure holes are drilled in the right place would have been a big help.”

I have never received the item contacted several time the customer service with little support and for a denial letter and a copy of my ID. Spoke to the Courier they told I wasn't at home pity I work from home , and now there is no place to go so..... Ask for a refund still got nothing”
“I ordered a bed for €497. I got an email to say my order was on the way and was out for delivery for the 25th of January it never came , then it changed to the 26th and then never came. I emailed customer care and was told it was with a case manager and they would get in contact with me, which they didn’t. I then went back into the email to track and it said to contact the customer care team. I called the customer care team and was told that the bed has left the warehouse and is with the courier company. I told them I tried to track it with the English courier company and it is saying the details are invalid so therefore I cannot track. They said I need to contact the Irish courier service who will deliver it but doesn’t have a contact number or name of which courier service it is all they could say was it’s an Irish company who delivers big parcels. But if the bed doesn’t arrive in ten days then ring and they can’t track? Like how can they if they didn’t even know the name of the company? So how I’m down 500 and don’t even know when my bed is coming”
