“Product absolutely fine and more then happy with it. Delivery time bit long but I was aware of this and was acceptable due to situation. Only one thing wasn't good. I was informed by BuyItDirect by email that delivery driver will contact me day ahead to confirm delivery day and time. Unfortunately driver turned up without any notice while we was both at work. Luckily I was able to answer phone from driver when he standing outside my door and I was lucky to manage contact friend who was able to collect delivery. I was told by driver that he can wait 10min and not gonna come back.”

“In February I purchased some bedroom furniture. I used PayPal credit to do this. The delivery date kept getting pushed back. 12th may was one such date, I emailed a week before to check everything was ok. I was assured all was ok and it would be delivered as planned.
3 Days prior to delivery I had an email to explain delivery was pushed back another month.
My confidence in the company understandably decreased and I got a refund.
However, whilst I was waiting for the never coming furniture I was paying interest on PayPal credit. I'm now ÂŁ25 out of pocket and no products to show for it.

I placed an order for goods on 13 March and they took payment on 15 March. The goods were to be delivered in 4 weeks. I e-mailed them on 26 April as the goods had not arrived. Initially they denied any knowledge of my order. Then informed me the goods were out of stock and they expected new stocks on 5th May. They offered to discuss supplying an alternative product.
I said I would wait for the new stock arriving.
They then notified me the product was discontinued
I told them that it was appalling that they take my money for goods they did not have. I would have a full refund and will avoid buying anything further from you in future.
They then said they were sorry to hear I no longer wish to go ahead with my order.
Then I received and e-mail informing me that they had successfully process my cancellation request for order 41154142. I will get the refund back to my original payment method in 3-5 business days.”
“I bought a cooker fan off buyit direct last year but due to covid only got it installed in october was installed about 3 months when the motor went. Got in touch with buyitdirect and within a week i had a replacement. The service was 1st class and would not hesitate in recommending them.”

Faulty Karcher K7 was returned and evaluated within a day or so, offered a replacement or refund via a phone call.
