“I bought a panel heater from Buy It Direct last October, it developed an issue in April. The customer service team were excellent and resolved the problem in double quick time. It gives me great confidence to purchase other electrical items from them in the future. A1 to the team. Thank you all. 5 star rating.”

“Was told I would be notified of delivery date of cooker it arrived on a Sunday I did not expect that without a call as I did not have old one disconnected !!piliot light on oven doesn’t work flame is destroying all my saucepans with black smoke flame too high I’m disgusted wish I kept my old one”

“I bought a cooffee maker which had a slight crack in the tank; I contacted Buy it Direct and the response was immedaite; some pictures of the damage were required and immediately my coffee maker was picked up by courier. I would have settled for a replacement tank but instead without the slighest haggling I received a full refund; of course I will purchase a new one from this company/ Fantastic service”

“In February I purchased some bedroom furniture. I used PayPal credit to do this. The delivery date kept getting pushed back. 12th may was one such date, I emailed a week before to check everything was ok. I was assured all was ok and it would be delivered as planned. 3 Days prior to delivery I had an email to explain delivery was pushed back another month. My confidence in the company understandably decreased and I got a refund. However, whilst I was waiting for the never coming furniture I was paying interest on PayPal credit. I'm now £25 out of pocket and no products to show for it. Dreadful, I will never use them again.”

“I bought a range cooker in March, the price was better then any other outlet. I was able to speak to a sales consultant who was knowledgeable and informative. Delivery was excellent I was able to postpone delivery for a couple of weeks as I was waiting for my kitchen to be finished. I am so impressed with this company, excellent customer service and great value. I highly recommend Buydirect.ie”

“One Star is too good for them. I placed an order for goods on 13 March and they took payment on 15 March. The goods were to be delivered in 4 weeks. I e-mailed them on 26 April as the goods had not arrived. Initially they denied any knowledge of my order. Then informed me the goods were out of stock and they expected new stocks on 5th May. They offered to discuss supplying an alternative product. I said I would wait for the new stock arriving. They then notified me the product was discontinued I told them that it was appalling that they take my money for goods they did not have. I would have a full refund and will avoid buying anything further from you in future. They then said they were sorry to hear I no longer wish to go ahead with my order. Then I received and e-mail informing me that they had successfully process my cancellation request for order 41154142. I will get the refund back to my original payment method in 3-5 business days.”

“I bought a cooker fan off buyit direct last year but due to covid only got it installed in october was installed about 3 months when the motor went. Got in touch with buyitdirect and within a week i had a replacement. The service was 1st class and would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“Some people have had a nightmare with returns but mine was handled quickly and efficiently. Faulty Karcher K7 was returned and evaluated within a day or so, offered a replacement or refund via a phone call. Accepted full refund that was was sent to the card I had used to pay for it within 2 hours. All postage taken care of by them. Top marks to be fair.”

“Refurbished iphone had an intermittent issue with volume on a call. This was within warranty and Buy It Direct where great in dealing with this fault and getting it repaired . Thank you "buy it direct" for making this process stress free.”
