"BUY IT DIRECT IS THE FORMER NAME FOR THE NOW \"APPLIANCES DIRECT\" They have changed their name due to the shocking reviews of BUY IT DIRECT so new customers are not aware of there shocking service & previous reviews.\r\nBought a cooker at the end of November within 2 weeks it broke after numerous calls to return the item & them desperately trying to get me to go through the warranty of which I refused as this would mean waiting for a repair agent to come out n look & repair the cooker which was only 2 weeks old\r\nPls be aware ppl you do not have to do this \"Under the sales of goods act\" The item is not fit for purpose Which means the seller \"Appliances direct\" has to take the item back and either replace it or refund it no warranty needed, its now the 13th Dec its took me 3 weeks to get it picked back up and I'm still waiting for my refund Then today I thought I had it sorted Was promised a full refund of \u00a3594.95 only to receive an email saying I'm getting a refund of \u00a3549,95 \u00a345 short so here we go again had to ring them back to get my \u00a345 added to my refund which will now take up to 5 working days we have been without a cooker for over 3 weeks\r\nABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE YOU WANT TO SEE HOW BAD THEY ARE GOOGLE \"BUY IT DIRECT\" REVIEWS AND READ THE REVIEWS & I BET YOU WONT BE PURCHASING FROM APPLIANCES DIRECT DISGRACEFUL COMPANY \ud83d\udc4e\ud83d\udc4e13\/12\/22"

"The mirror was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for but the issue was transport. They broke the mirror on the first delivery so I was offered a refund or a replacement and I chose a replacement because I really wanted the mirror. However, the replacement was also damaged. At least the mirror wasn\u2019t broken this time but the wooden panel behind the mirror was damaged and had a lot of marks. Luckily, it wasn\u2019t visible as the size of the mirror fit perfect on the wall. If someone from buy it direct is reading this, you guys need to get a better packaging when transporting mirrors, especially protection on the sides. Otherwise you guys will have to constantly be replacing\/ refunding damaged items. Delivery companies don\u2019t care at all."
