“Monitor arrived on time, as described and works as described, which is just as well as it was a present for a very demanding son. Only issue was the courier who left it on the doorstep in a big box with "Thinkvision" clearly visible on the box, but I guess that's Covid”

“If I could if give no stars, I got a monitor that didn't power on from day one, I contact this so called company who took there sweet time replying to me and eventually told me though luck you baught it it's yours, keep as far away as you can and spend a few quid more locally where you have some comeback.”

“Delivery was faster then I expected, but I'm not impressed with delivery completing staff. There was two men who just dropped my machine outside door thinking that my husband will carry it inside by him self. They were supposed to take old one out, but older man has refused saying that they are too busy for that,even though we ordered collection and confirmed twice that we will need one, he said maybe someone will come on other day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed”
