“Calumet studio posing set: a good set at a reasonable price. Delivery was next day. Only problem was that one of the background supports was delivered broken. Calumet replaced it immediately. I'm always happy using Calumet: good choice at competitive prices.”

“My online experience recently at Calumet was good , actually . I spoke with a very helpful woman on the phone about a pretty major purchase which I had been planning to carry out in the store a short while previously but the service I received instore was extremely off-putting. The assistant treated me in a patronising and very offhand manner and made my decision even harder as he was so disinterested in helping me. Hats off to the online assistant who allowed me to talk through my indecision !”

“Order was put for everything to be sent together which held it up. I know I ordered with a PO but it would be good to have the option to change this when ordering. Other than that everyone I've spoken to has been super helpful and polite. Awesome!”

“Calumet have a great product range teamed with heaps of experience as well being very helpful. Their website is not bad but finding some items can be a bit difficult (I found it quicker to Google externally than their own website search engine). Will definitely use them again for all sorts of photo kit as they have such an extensive and good range of products.”

“Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helpful. They all seem to know photography and are very familiar with the equipment and do seem to give pretty unbiased advice. The rentals team are the same. It has been a pleasure dealing with them recently and I expect it will be in the future.”

“Really nice shop and being that I shoot film I was glad to find staff with good knowledge of this! Somewhat overpriced on one tripod I was going to buy, £30 cheaper online and delivered to my door, But great shop and will visit again.”

“As is usually the case, the sales person was well informed, helpful with what I specifically wanted and well able to extend the conversation with background information and guidance, well beyond mere price and spec. Calumet may not always be the absolute cheapest way to get my professional kit, but they offer a very good range, and the quality of service is very reassuring when spending large sums.”

“I recently purchased a quantity of 'Brilliant' printing paper. The offer of "three for the price of two" was too tempting. The product is excellent and all I could wish for. My clients are happy and therefore I am happy. On the downside I was charged £14.95 because I live in the Scottish Highlands and there was not enough stock to complete my order. Thus I am still waiting over a week later for the balance of my order. Come on Calumet sharpen up.”
