“When I initially entered the store, I felt slightly intimidated as the quality of products on display were clearly quality products and aimed at the professional and enthusiastic amateur. I was quickly put at ease by staff who were knowledgable and friendly and appeared very willing to assist me get the appropriate product for my needs. I was unfortunate in that there was a shortage of one of the products I required and because of the the photography show at NEC it was being held in Birmingham. It therefore took longer to deliver than expected (a clash of priorities for the company). I was updated as soon as the product arrived and unlimately I would have said the shopping experience was very good if it had not been for the slight delay getting the product. My first experience with the company, and because of the conduct of your staff, I am likely to shop there again in the future.”

“Purchased some bits and pieces from the Manchester shop, which was pretty quiet at the time. Enjoyed the opportunity to take my time and have a good look around and ask questions. Particularly useful as I visited the shop the day after the very busy Photography Show 2014 ended!”

“Although my order was made online, I initially went to the Glasgow shop to ask about the products I was looking at buying. I received nothing but the best treatment, the guys were more than happy to talk to me and they knew the answers to all my questions. After ordering my products online they arrived very quick, well packaged and as ordered. Also the products that were the Calumet brand appear very well made and sturdy! Have been before and will definately be going again! ????”

“I would have rated this "Very Good" but the goods were sent to the wrong address after I had given my change of address prior to the order that I had paid extra for a next day delivery. In fairness, this matter was attended to promptly and my delivery cost refunded. I have always had excellent service before. Kind regards, Chris W”

“I recently bought a Manfrotto tripod from Calumet online. First, the price was excellent, about £30 less than Manfrotto's list price. Was delivered very quickly, at no extra cost - which was very welcome. One caveat - your website displays items in each category in a sort-of random way, which can make looking for specific items a little more time consuming. But look, this is a very minor point. Your combination of the range of kit you sell plus price is a winner.”

“very knowledgable and friendly staff ..patient in explaining things and not in a hurry to deal with another customer should your question be a tad more than they anticipated. Prices are a little more than a few of their competitors I have dealt with and they don't tend to offer protection cover on some if not most of their items. That has been the main reason I have gone to other suppliers when it comes to buying lenses and camera equipments. other than that, great company and they all seem like a team to me. great recipe for success if you ask me.”
