“my order was taken via the internet and dispatched promptly, maybe a tracking number might have helped?. the item was well packaged and arrived safely after 4 days. I have dealt with Calumet in the past and find their service very good.”

“Buying a new and expensive lens was all good. However I left an old Pentax for repair a few weeks ago, paid £30 to cover cost of post and estimate. As yet I have not yet been told whether it is worth fixing or how much it will cost despite enquiring at least twice. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“I recently asked you to price match an offer Wexs photographic were offering and I was delighted that you agreed the,only complaint I have is you supplied your own brand 32gb card and not the make Wexs were offering. i was pleased with your prompt service and have no other complaints.”

“Trade-in Nikon D4 for Nikon D4s. The process was very smooth even though the sales person needed to confirm the trade-in value with a colleague who was not working that day, it was quick and easy for him to call and discuss my purchase. Everything went extremely well. Thanks.”

“Calumet have always provided me with a responsive and professional service. Timely updates are provided for anything ordered on-line and the delivery service they use ensures that the products are delivered when they say they will be. I always receive a separate invoice through the post which for my records. Their hire service is also well run, with kit in excellent working order and helpful staff.”

“Ordered a lense and filter at the photography show, received a call early the following the following week saying now in stock. Drove across Birmingham only to find out that only the filter was in stock....................”

“Unfortunately I recently bought a hood for my camera lens and it was the wrong size I am waiting for correct hood to come in. I should have taken camera in with me to ensure it was correct hood for my lens I will take in future when I order anything. Staff are all very helpful and polite.”

“I was very impressed with the speed within which I received the backdrop I ordered - literally the next day when I was told to expect it within two! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the colour of the backdrop - not quite as light in colour as I'd hoped, but the overall product quality seems good. “Always tried to use you as your staff are more knowledgable than most other photographic stores.The only thing I have had a problem was,I went to,the photography show and bought a canon pro 100 printer.I was told you were out of stock but would let me know when they would be back in stock.I got a e-mail saying Canon would supply you at the end of the month,being in the need for it as soon as possible I thought the end of the month would have to do.then when I was on your website looking at something else I decide to check if the printer was in stock,I was suppressed to find it was.I rang your Manchester branch who told me they had them in stock,but I had not received any notification?I thought this was not he best advert for you as I had already paid for the printer.”

“I purchased a Canon EOS 7D ( Body only ) from Calumet last week and iam very pleased with my purchase . The only problem I have had with the camera ( and this isn't Calumet's fault ) is that I had a problem charging the battery at first but after Googling the problem I managed to get it charged and was on my way. I would recommend them to a friend , the camera was the same price as Jessops but I chose Calumet as I have had a bad experience with Jessops recently and would not use them ever again. I bought the camera at Calumets Manchester branch which is easily accessible with free parking.”

“It first took a while for the people in store to realise I was looking and needed help but once I went to the shop counter and asked I got some help from a knowledgable employee. It was his first day and he tried to do all that he could to tend to my specific requirements. He seemed to know most of the specifications of all the equipment I asked about and i'm sure that his knowledge will expand with more time working there. Quite a lot of equipment was not in stock which was slightly disappointing but overall a good service.”
