“General very good. However, slow response from "Customer Enquiries" following an approach to get some help on problems with "Logging In" - it needed a reminder - somewhat disappointing.”

“Disappointed that the LowePro Pro Roller x300 AW supplied was not 2014 model as it did not have the inbuilt support stand as depicted on the LowePro website. Other than that quibble, the service and price were good.”

“Calumet has always been super fast with it's delivery, and for that I thank them. However I do wish I could receive emails when my items had been dispatched, as receiving no notice sometimes worries me. I once ordered 4 backdrop rolls for a shoot with a tight deadline and 2 had oversold during the process (which is understandable), however I received no email or call telling me they had oversold, and when they would be back in stock. I'm a happy customer that will always return back to Calumet, but I do wish there was a bit more contact through emails.”

“I purchased a few different items at the same time. They were dispatched in 3 different deliveries. The first 2 arrived quickly and in great condition etc. The third delivery however took over a week to arrive even though I was told that they were all in stock.”

“I visited with a few questions, these were informatively answered, the correct bowens dish was purchased and my cameras were taken with great care for sensor cleaning. There were no eyebrows raised when I didn't know the exact equipment numbers and I was happily back on the tube in no time, thinking that I couldn't wait to get home and ring the lease company to sort out an upgrade.”

“Well-stocked, spacious and airy showroom in Drummond St NW1, across the street from Euston station so very easy to get to. Plenty of not-easy-to-find ancillary photo products on display, can pcik up and handle caes, bags, tripods etc. Good range of lighting equipment, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Highly recommended to visit.”

“Took sometime to be served. Very poor choice of lenses. Employee was very knowlegeable. Went to purchase a zoom lens with a budget of £300. Ended up with a second-hand lens at £125. Would not return to this shop. Future camera purchases will be made online.”
