“Well, I'm a Wex Photographic kind photographer, but decided to give Calumet a go because the had a 0% interest on some items I wanted. One if my items worth well over£1500 came open and with the battery missing. Two days after receiving my battery and conducting some tests I've realised the item was faulty. Customer service were very nice, had it all replaced with a brand new item within a week. So my only complaint is that tgeir warehouse should manage themselves better, I've never had this problem with Wex and I've been using them for over three years. Will I use Calumet again? It the deal is right, yes, most likely.”

“Chris the member of staff was very helpful , staying way over closing time he talked through the lenses and bodies and actually didn't try to make me go for the moe expensive options he drew on his own personal experience . The only downside was a lens I had wanted to originally get wasn't in stock !”

“Very prompt delivery, excellent service. Only negative was the excessively large box for the thing came in. The device itself is great - Calumet own brand which does exactly what I needed for less than a third of the price of another brand. Very happy!”

“Product seems fine (battery) Only usage will tell. Package required a signature which I thought overkill for a sub £30 purchase so I had to reschedule the delivery to the next day.”

“Range of stock was good. Service was efficient. Might have been nice to be offered a free set of AA batteries (value £1.50), given that I'd just spent £340 on a flashgun.”

“You cant beat the experience,helpful and friendly staff in store. However the last three orders I have made, not one has arrived when promised and for two of the orders I was waiting 3 months and 1 month ( I was told 1 week and 2 weeks!!) This isn't store staff fault, but a real issue is occuring to the point where I am seriously considering not ordering again.”

“The lens was a competitive price and next day delivery was free. Lens was well packed also. Communications (in terms of replying to a simple email) was only so-so.”

“Very helpful staff, who listened to my requirements and brought out a variety of items for me to inspect and try out. This allowed me to make the best selection and purchase the item that best suited my needs. I then asked a number of questions related to technical aspects of some equipment I already owned, seeking advice about how alterations could be made to fit different items together - good advice was offered. Altogether a very pleasant and beneficial experience.”

“Overall good experience : staff was helpful and knowledgeable and nice One minor issue : I was not told about ongoing promotions and only saw one that could apply to me just before paying. Staff member then had to ask for details which delayed the whole transaction a bit. So, next time I will have a better look around the shop before purchasing anything. Impressed by the amount of items on display, lots of choice.”
