“Products and packaging perfect, delivered fast and on time. Would be 5 stars but I can't understand why it was not possible to deliver to my work address as requested, where there is a receptionist on the front desk able to accept deliveries. Instead the packages had to be delivered to my home address when no-one was in, and so my neighbours had to be disturbed, twice. A minor inconvenience, marring an otherwise excellent service.”

“It was a busy time of day, but with a quick and knowledgeable service I was able to acquire the items needed for my photoshoot. I was unable to get two items, a sensor cleaning kit and fluid. These were on reserve and not stocked in other calumets which made no sense as the warehosue had many of these. So unfortunately I came away with less items as I didnt have the time to wait for deleivery. May be an idea to have some more in the shops.”

“Excellent service at Drummond Street. The item bought had to be ordered for which there was a suppliers delay. Despite this the Manager and staff at Drummond Street were very helpful in sorting out the problem.”

“Calumet Birmingham are always extremely helpful, however I did have to ring twice to chase my delivery! But this does not change my view of calumet as the staff and service every other time has been exemplary and something that should be greatly rewarded. I am always happy with the products and backdrops I receive and the advice. A very knowledgeable team!”

“I visited calumet store on it's open day at Birmingham. I bought canon's latest 24-70mm f4 is lens and calumet's own travel bag. The help I got from the staff was brilliant. He answered all my questions and helped me decide to buy the matching lens for my canon 6d bought at calumet stall in photography show 2015. All in all I am very satisfied with calumet's services and competitive prices. I keep visiting calumet.co.uk for discounts and offers :-) Thank you Calumet I'll visit your store or online shop soon.”

“overall good service, just a suggestion though. there should be an easier way to change your password online. if you forget your security answer the only way to get into your account is to phone up. otherwise all very good”
