AWFUL. I made an order the first week of December and a month later half of my order arrived. Because the tracking said that it had been delivered, I worked with the post office for a month trying to track it down. Finally at the end of January Canvas Discount told me that they probably just never sent the 2nd half of my order because that happens. So, that was annoying but okay whatever. I sent them the images and sizes for my order again. I waited another month for my replacement and when I emailed them again to ask where it was, they said that they never started the order and I could either send them the photos and sizes again or I could get a refund. After waiting 3 full months for a canvas, this is ridiculous. Not interested in waiting again to see if they happen to send it this time. The only thing that was good about the process was that they responded to my emails within a business day, but otherwise big thumbs down.

I placed an order and paid $38.90 for my picture to be on canvas. Upon receiving it, the canvas was not fully stretched at the top and bottom of the print. I contacted customer service and after submitting pictures of the issue, they agreed to replace the print at no cost to me. However, the replacement is no better. The canvas is not fully stretched leaving waves in the corners of the canvas. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

They made guarantees that they did not honor and then failed to offer any acceptable recompense. I ended up going to the CC company to fight them. They were rude and I will never deal with them again.

I ordered the canvases in December and I have yet to receive all the items I ordered. When I called they said they don’t have a tracking system for customers to check! How does a company not have a tracking system???!! It’s been almost a month since I placed an order!!!

Terrible company!!! They don’t answer emails or phone. Trying to get my Money back for a picture I ordered. Came with heads cut off and very dark. What kind of a company sends this out without contacting buyer?? Don’t use them!!!

DO NOT USE THEM! I never recieved my order. It takes them forever to respond and when they do it is a generic answer.

WOW, look at the last 25 reviews-- these are definitely fake and put in directly from canvasdiscount. No company goes from non-stop negative reviews through the holiday season to all of a sudden 25 excellent reviews within a matter of hours. They are lying to us! Very insulting trying to cover up their horrendous reviews by dumping a bunch of fake good reviews on top of them. CanvasDeception.com is a much more accurate name for their company.

Customer service is extremely poor. Do not respond to emails, do not pick up calls. I’ve tried emailing them 6 times and calling 3 times to rectify a photo frame that I received damaged in arrival and still haven’t been able to get a refund initiated

Yep, we were scammed. The company is definitely not in Florida. I received confirmation numbers from DHL, but nothing seems to actually work. I have emailed multiple times, as well as called. There is no voicemail option! I ordered 12/10, received all of the confirmation emails, then nothing ever arrived. Still.... I'm glad they only took me for $50. Hope you are able to sleep at night scammers.

COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! If I could rate them ZERO stars I would!! We never received product, they never answers their phones and sends out generic emails in response to where my product was! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wow, what happened to this company. I sincerely think they sold the business and whoever took over the company doesn’t care or can’t handle the demand. Or they sold it to one guy sitting in his basement— because they are downright terrible now— and as you can see from all these bad reviews, something is definitely amiss. Packages from Germany? That is definitely new— and even the way they wrap canvases now (shrinkwrap) is a lot cheaper and less protective then the foam they used to ship their canvases in. Not to mention that they have completely stopped responding to customer emails and phone calls where in the past they would always be on the ball with customer service. Awful. The shipping times are now either arriving in multiple parts way beyond the date they promise— it just not arriving at all. They are going to lose all of their business... and frankly, it doesn’t seem like they care or else they’d be putting in a little bit more effort. Avoid these guys and get your canvases elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and disappontment.

I ordered 5 8x8 canvases on 12/12. Received email on 12/14 that orders were shipped. No tracking information. Still haven’t received and it’s 12/31. Terrible customer service.

Placed xmas order on dec 7th Have an order number. Never received canvas and cannot get through to you have called 5 times, on phone each time for 15 minutes while music plays, they then say to busy try again. Would never order again

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered 6 canvas paintings for my mom for Christmas with PROMISED delivery by Christmas. Well, it is the 26th and NO delivery. So disappointing especially because I ordered something 3 days later and that came no problem on the 23rd. However, that order which contained 2 mugs, was disappointing. One of the photos on the mug is completely crooked and the quality of the photo is terrible and grainy. The quality I could understand because it was just a photo from my phone but the crooked placement of the photo on the mug there is NO excuse for. And now when I try to call them to figure out where my Mom's gift is, they claim there is a hurricane in Florida and they are out of the office. How convenient. AWFUL COMPANY. Oh, and on top of that I'm pretty sure their products are not made in the USA as claimed because my tracking number for the order is some German shipping company. SUCH A SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

This company is a scam! They guarantee delivery with a certain timeframe and you never receive the items- they do not answer their phones at customer service. Customers beware ...all the good reviews are from their stafff!

Ordered for Xmas gift and still hasn’t shipped. How are they still promising arrival by Xmas when I ordered 2 weeks ago and order still not complete. My daughters bunny pasted away and I wanted her to have the blanket with bunny on it for Xmas. I would never recommend this company

Horrible customer service! I would have given it no stars but it was not an option. I received my canvases and puzzles fast but all 4 puzzles were washed out. When I called the company they said they could not help me that I had to email photos of the puzzles to them. I complied and sent pictures of the puzzles and pictures of the original photos explaining how the puzzles did not match in color, sharpness and darkness. The company emailed back saying I needed to email them the puzzles next to a white piece of paper and explain the default. I had already explained the default and emailed the pictures but I did so again next to a white piece of paper. Then they said they would finally replace the puzzles only if I emailed them a picture of my puzzles after I destroyed them. At this point I am getting very angry! I was only asking for a replacement not a refund and they kept asking me to jump through hoops. I then asked for my money back instead of a replacement and have not heard back. All of this went on within about a month and they never pulled through I am very upset with their horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company they do not respect their customers!
