I sent 2 award winning images taken by me, a PPA Master Photographer. What I got back were images that were completely blown out. All detail was pushed to 255 on histogram and nobody noticed QC apparently does not exist for these images to have been shipped. And then, instead of accepting my offer to try again, you tell me that you dont want the chance? What you delivered is garbage as demonstrated in the attached pics and you have no desire to improve it? I've been a Master Photographer for over 40 years. I have never had to refuse a large format print that was this far out of calibration and you are ready to toss this customer rather than do the job correctly. Bet the ranch that you will not hear from me again. As well, I will be forwarding my experience with you in as a contributor to PPA magazine and newsletter. In conclusion you had an opportunity to reproduce 2 award winning images and reduced them to snapshots and then threw away the customer. A customer that was considering sending you a volume of work with the approval of these images. Now, instead have a professional who will warn others away from your company. Stupid on every level. Be embarrassed

Been waiting for my package for almost a month and still haven’t received it. Tried calling the company and got no response or answer . Emailed , this company and got no response . I don’t recommend anyone to this place

I already sent you an email with pictures NO response. I paid 39.00 for masks that are not fitting too big and the picture was poorly transposed on the fabric. Nothing like the pictures I ok before processing my order. Would be nice to hear back from a company I thought was decent. I am not happy with spending $39.00 to get something I can’t even wear. What a waste of money. Very unhappy with this company and their customer service. Do not custom order!!!

April 25th my order was placed (including 2 canvas prints for Mother's Day gifts). As time went on and the status of my order never changed from "in production" to "shipped" I sent several emails asking "Will I receive before Mother's Day or should I get a backup gift?" - I finally received an email, but did NOT answer my question. Just said how "sorry" they were for the delay. Took 3 more emails for them to finally say "no, you won't receive by Mother's Day". Thursday May 7th I called and was able to get someone on the phone. She looked up my order status and saw that all of my canvas prints were done, but the framed pictures were still in production. She told me that she was adding express shipping to my order at no extra cost and that my order would be shipped no later than Monday (May 11th). Nope! Nothing was shipped. Tuesday sent an email asking what the deal was....another "robotic" email apologizing for the delay. No email response EVER offered to check on what the hold up was. Today (May 14th) called again after holding for 30-35 mins. Spoke with someone who said the SAME thing the first girl told me about my framed prints still being in production. She continued to argue with me about how "backed up" production is. Never once tried to make ANY remedy. I expressed my strong dissatisfaction with their customer service to which led to her HANGING UP ON ME! Not ONE TIME did anyone offer to ship the canvas prints that are clearly ready while waiting for the framed photos. I have paid for my order IN FULL and I have ZERO product to show for it!! They keep blaming it on the virus situation, but are making NO efforts to remedy the delay or trying to look into why something is held up!! I will NEVER EVER order from this company again. Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered my canvases April 15th, I kept checking my order status and it said it was still being made. After 3 weeks I called the company and I talked to a lady and she said they were already made and not sure why they had not been sent out already. So she said she’d do expedited shipping for my canvases and I should receive them in 2 days. Well 4 days passed and I still hasn’t received them, so I called the company back and she said she would contact the manger. And she said I would receive a tracking number by the next day. It was the next day and I didn’t receive a tracking number. I called the company and after 10 minutes it automatically hangs up. So I called again, was on hold for another 10 minutes. It hung up automatically again, so I called a 3rd time. I was on hold for 10 minutes and guess what? It hung up again on me. So I was on hold a total for 30 minutes and when I went to call a 4th time it said I had reached the company out of its service hours. So now I have to call again. Tomorrow will make a full month since I ordered my canvases. I’ve been polite, patient, and understanding while talking to customer service and waiting on them to ship out my canvas. But I feel like I’m going in circles. I’ve tried again today to talk to someone and been on hold for a total of 35 minutes and I called right when they opened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I used this company once and I was totally unsatisfied. I ordered four face masks and none of them came with the advertised string clamps to tighten them. Therefore, they are too large. In addition, one of the masks was smaller than the other three and does not fit my friend. It is like a child mask. I ordered a coffee mug and it is still in production after a week. It is also impossible to get anyone on the phone to complain or get them to correct the order. In addition, I had no luck with their email service. Good luck to anyone who uses this service.

Save your money! The product I received was such poor quality it could not be given as the gift it was intended for. Their response was for me to send photograph proof that I destroyed it and then they would send me another. If they could not send me their best product first time, no thanks. Piece of junk!

I ordered star prints for my husband and son. After putting in all the information I changed the frame. It apparently wiped out all the previous input information resulting in both prints arriving framed with completely wrong information. I went through the customer service process and was told it was my mistake and they would not reprint the charts. 100% satisfaction is false. I had to pay again for the prints and shipping.

My package wasn't delivered on time, no one cared to inform the delay, when checked multiple times they told they sent another package and then there is no tracking info too. It is going to take another 3 weeks to get delivered! It was supposed to be a welcome gift for someone. Never ordering again from this website

Four of the prints have the peoples heads cut off. They are refusing to do anything about it. The only way to communicate is via email. I have been unable to find a phone number anywhere. I will NOT use this company again

AWFUL. I made an order the first week of December and a month later half of my order arrived. Because the tracking said that it had been delivered, I worked with the post office for a month trying to track it down. Finally at the end of January Canvas Discount told me that they probably just never sent the 2nd half of my order because that happens. So, that was annoying but okay whatever. I sent them the images and sizes for my order again. I waited another month for my replacement and when I emailed them again to ask where it was, they said that they never started the order and I could either send them the photos and sizes again or I could get a refund. After waiting 3 full months for a canvas, this is ridiculous. Not interested in waiting again to see if they happen to send it this time. The only thing that was good about the process was that they responded to my emails within a business day, but otherwise big thumbs down.

I placed an order and paid $38.90 for my picture to be on canvas. Upon receiving it, the canvas was not fully stretched at the top and bottom of the print. I contacted customer service and after submitting pictures of the issue, they agreed to replace the print at no cost to me. However, the replacement is no better. The canvas is not fully stretched leaving waves in the corners of the canvas. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

They made guarantees that they did not honor and then failed to offer any acceptable recompense. I ended up going to the CC company to fight them. They were rude and I will never deal with them again.

I ordered the canvases in December and I have yet to receive all the items I ordered. When I called they said they don’t have a tracking system for customers to check! How does a company not have a tracking system???!! It’s been almost a month since I placed an order!!!

Terrible company!!! They don’t answer emails or phone. Trying to get my Money back for a picture I ordered. Came with heads cut off and very dark. What kind of a company sends this out without contacting buyer?? Don’t use them!!!

DO NOT USE THEM! I never recieved my order. It takes them forever to respond and when they do it is a generic answer.
