I ordered an anniversary present for my Fiance around a month ago. They charged my credit card and give me an estimated ship date around 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks have come and gone and add on another two weeks. Their customer service is only open for people who don't have a normal job. Finally I get a response to an email I sent them 3 days ago stating that my order got transferred incompletely and that they would issue me a refund or allow me to reorder it for free....... so they were never going to tell me my order was incomplete and were going to just keep my money..... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

You all have sent me this survey, And I have not yet received my order!!!! I have tried to check on the delivery status but says "Not Available " I even went to UPS site, I can not track my order there either. I tried to call you direct and can not get an actual live person. Thank you, Billie Newsome

I started a multiple masks project on canvas discount. Unlike snapfish and shutterfly, you don't have a way to save something you are in the middle of and my cart is empty for the 3rd time today and I have no where to save my photos or my work in progress. Are you a for real company? You have a dropdown in your menu under my account for "my projects" which always says "no projects"....no way to save anything. Just goes away along with the photos i spent hours downloading and uploading and cropping and editing. I am thoroughly disgusted! Don't start a company until you have completed your website and it functions. Here was canvas discount response: Dear Beth, Thank you for your message. I'm sorry, unfortunately our website does not have that function to save items in the shopping cart. After a few minutes of no activity on the website it will erase your order and you would need to start the order over again. Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us. I have ordered prints from Canvas Discount multiple times. Each time the quality (and size) of the prints has decreased. The 40x60 canvas is actually 39x59 inches, which doesn't seem like a big deal until you hang it next to a proper 40x60 inch print and they are obviously mismatched. I have received prints where only 2 of the 3 color channels are present (missing a red channel is very obvious in skin tones). When I've contacted their customer service, I received a clearly copied and pasted response about how to request a refund, but they didn't actually address my complaints or apologize for their mistakes at all. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I would rather pay a little more to get a quality print elsewhere.

You should never order from this company. Makes no sense every time I try to track the order it says it’s coming the next day now they don’t know where the hell its at this was a birthday gift I will never order from this company again

Extremely poor customer relations. Can't get a hold of anybody, can't get a phone call back. Send an email Friday, still waiting to hear from anyone about it. Trying to cancel an order that was placed because the original order seemed to be lost in space somewhere. Now that's in transit supposedly, I need to cancel the new order, can't get a hold of anyone. Like I said lousy customer service.

Lousy customer service. Very limited time you can call, & no responses to email. & FB messenger? Forget it. Quality companies don't have these issues. Can't get a response back, & their hours to call are very limited.

Ordered my canvas almost four weeks ago. Nothing yet despite the order saying it would be here by June 23rd. It is now July 7th. At this point I am frustrated. Emailed the Company...canned email saying COVID has them back logged. Would be ok if we had progress but apparently they have either too few employees or too many orders. Others pleased not me.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau because this is a scam company. I have paid $174 and have received nothing from this company in over a month. I have sent emails with no appropriate response only that they receive emails and have called numerous times. Most times I have sat on the phone for over 20 minutes listening to music to only be hung up on at the end with no message availability. The only one time a human answered she hung up on me when Question about my order. I paid with PayPal and would like reimbursement in Full. I have all the documentation and pictures of number of times I’ve called emailed and receipt of my payment with no product. Do not fall for the scam company

Scam company!!! Do not order. I ordered $174.40 worth of products over a month ago and haven’t received a thing other than proof of order and payment. Called four times, the only time a human answered after I gave her my information and asked about my purchase, I was blatantly hung up on. The other times the music ended and a message saying call during normal business hours concluded with no message availability then hung up. I was listening to music 5 times for over 20 minutes. I emailed 6 times and have received nothing but confirmation of my email. I contacted Better Business Bureau. I want a full reimbursement. Worst ever.

NON - EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE -- They have the absolute WORST Customer Service! Have been trying to reach them via eMail & telephone since June 1 in regards to several large and expensive Acrylic prints that have been printed TOO LIGHT & TOO WASHED-OUT. My "30 days" to get a refund is running out, now, too. And I HAVE GOTTEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE except a canned email about how they'll get back to me in 1-2 days, then 3-5 days, and still, NOTHING. They have ignored my telephone calls and emails for 4 weeks, as of today. Acrylic prints are extremely light and washed-out - which defeats the whole purpose of getting Acrylic prints! They also failed to mount and/or include the aluminum backframe. Yet another was printed "backwards", too pink, and too light. Being "backwards" makes it unusable in the space it was intended for... I would have liked to get reprints. I'll settle for a refund. But I can't get anyone to respond! I guess you get what you pay for... Sad. Family-owned, American company. Would have like to give them more business. But this is ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

They advertise that canvases ship in 24hrs. Mine has been sitting in the "order received" status for a week now. False advertising! Stay away! Far away! Zero customer service as well.

Wrong pictures was supposed to be canvas not acrylic and still haven't heard from anyone since I crossed it out with permanent marker

Hands down the worst canvas picture ever! The photos were crooked and didn't reach the sides of the frame! I will never order from this company again.

This company is horrible. DO NOT USE. You can never reach anyone to talk to. They take 2-3 days to respond to email and then its like a blanket reply that doesn't answer your question. They say 24-48 hour turn around time but it took over a month to get. Quality is less than desirable although their return policy is great but you then never get your money back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEONE PLACE REPUTABLE WITH QUALITY SERVICE!!!!

This company took way longer than it said to fulfill the order, with no possible way to contact a person to ask if it was even going to come. When the canvases did come, they sent two of one of the canvas and did not send the other. I have emailed them to try to get the canvas I ordered (the only way to contact them) and they said they would get back to me in a maximum of 2 business days. It has been over a week and I have not heard anything back. The two canvases that are the same actually are not the same size, they are an inch shorter from each other and one is more pink than the other. Spend more if you actually want to get what you ordered

canvasdicount has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced, I saw their ad that said next day shipping and I placed my order, 2 weeks later there’s no shipping and they don’t pick their customer service number. They are really terrible, I would not recommend them to anyone.
