“Second month in a row now were wages have not been released. Phoned the bank Saturday morning 24 September 2022 they very quick to say its not there fault but service is defiantly becoming worse, I work for a large company all wages were paid on Friday everybody received there pay from different banks including Tyme bank that only started yesterday. Weekly wages that get paid on a Friday always used to reflect for the guys same day usually no later that 20H00 now it only reflects on the Saterday,Capitec there is a problem do something about it.I will be contacting standard bank today and have all wages changed for the guys transferred to standard bank”

“I am ntokozo thabethe contact number 0713786995 had problem with capitec they locked my account and soon I call capitec was told its because someone paid me with fraudulent money! My question to them is where do I feet in to their problem with their client using stolen or fraudulent money? I was told money came to my account last month meaning july 2022 and my account get frozen august 2022. I visited branch was told another date and different amount. They give me new story after they said I must go to do affidavit with the police. Capitec does not care about their client. Meaning anyone who put money in my account I should ask where did particular individual where do they get thier money from. Thats horrible service”

I'm very unpleased about Capitec Bank the service it's very poor I've logged a complaint from the 07/06/2022 regarding the Debi check activated against my account from company called Just Bridge I filled the affidavit from the branch North gate assisted by Given I've been doing follow up till today I phone customer care department which Loyiso Ncedo his the one who's busy with the process but I'm not getting any respond,I was waiting for his call today as I was advised that he call me.ive Neve received any call I've send email which it's not be responded too...I'm very disappointed with the bank that I can't trust with my money which the are failing to assist it's very disturbing in a away that I've been going up and down even phoning waisting my time which none of the consultant are unable to assist please try to get professional consultant to assist with such things I need a clarity please when ever I phone to do follow up I'll be told that the case it's been referred to relevent department which they will call me...but they don't call or I'll be told that the case it's been closed...â”
“I am very disappointed at capitec client service , i applied for a personal loan on the 01/06/2022 which i obviously qualified for. i was then asked to forwards proof of supporting documents which i obviously. I then did not receive any feedback as to receiving my documents , if anything they did not receive anything . STRANGE!
I called in on the 8th and i asked that i send the documents again which i did.
called in again after two days and was told my application status had expired .
i sent throw a number of emails to get called back with feedback as how that happened and still nothing.
I obviously now have to do another application which will obviously have an impact on my credit profile, and guess what? i now got declined ! great! so ridiculous .
I am definitely moving my banking somewhere else, the incompetency here is Unmatched !”
