👀WTF is going on at Capitec and why are customers not being updated 2x or 3x per 24-hr day❓The mobile and internet banking systems have been down for 3 days now, with ZERO reassurances from the CEO or his incompetent management team‼️

If my app does not run by tomorrow im taking my bank account to a other bank cant belive whats happening i cant do nothing with my account cos i dont have an card and only used tha app but now im without money for 3 days already

This morning I went to Splash Sentra to draw money at the ATM inside the store, but was unable to, then I went to our Spar again I could not draw money. Yet on the sides of the ATM'S, it says you can withdraw Cash. My question . what is the point of having an ATM, if you cannot withdraw cash or deposit money. I am NOT impressed.

the app does not workon my hauwei nova y70plus.i wennt to the bank twice only to be told there is many of us with the same issue with the new hauwei phones and its been over a month they have not got a solution for this,and i know its been over a month because when you are downloading the app on app gallery the sampe complain goes down over a year now.Now i cant even use the app i hv to be standing in the rediculous queues.Im definately closing my acount after over 16 years with capitec this is honestly pathetic.

I have applied for a credit card machine, after several calls and emails, I still have not received anything, I am a new customer at Capitec, and are regretting my decision to become your client, very very poor service indeed!

The capitec ATM's located at Kenako Mall in Gqeberha are advertised to be operating 24 hours but at 6 am they are closed this is an inconvenience. This place is full of security, you can do betterr

Hi My name is matodzi Tshilambavhunwa 1731414593 I have an account with Capitec Bank and I'm very unpleased about Capitec Bank the service it's very poor I've logged a complaint from the 07/06/2022 regarding the Debi check activated against my account from company called Just Bridge I filled the affidavit from the branch North gate assisted by Given I've been doing follow up till today I phone customer care department which Loyiso Ncedo his the one who's busy with the process but I'm not getting any respond,I was waiting for his call today as I was advised that he call me.ive Neve received any call I've send email which it's not be responded too...I'm very disappointed with the bank that I can't trust with my money which the are failing to assist it's very disturbing in a away that I've been going up and down even phoning waisting my time which none of the consultant are unable to assist please try to get professional consultant to assist with such things I need a clarity please when ever I phone to do follow up I'll be told that the case it's been referred to relevent department which they will call me...but they don't call or I'll be told that the case it's been closed...”

I am very disappointed at capitec client service , i applied for a personal loan on the 01/06/2022 which i obviously qualified for. i was then asked to forwards proof of supporting documents which i obviously. I then did not receive any feedback as to receiving my documents , if anything they did not receive anything . STRANGE! I called in on the 8th and i asked that i send the documents again which i did. called in again after two days and was told my application status had expired . i sent throw a number of emails to get called back with feedback as how that happened and still nothing. I obviously now have to do another application which will obviously have an impact on my credit profile, and guess what? i now got declined ! great! so ridiculous . I am definitely moving my banking somewhere else, the incompetency here is Unmatched !

I made a loan,sent my docs,received the agreement and then Capitec called to say that my loan was declined because my company was not valid.

Capitec Bank stuff requires more training they don't know how to handle fraud cases.

I regret ever using this bank, it is a scam shame, my savings account has been on hold since forever, they stating that some fraud has been committed with my card, i cannot wait to finish paying their loan, and i am paying off my credit card with them and get rid of that bank, i don't even care on how it will affect my credit record

You guys are horrible bank , I feel sorry for your clients .....my card was put on hold I only saw it when I went for shopping my card declined , then I went to the bank , i was told my account is on hold because the was a fradualant activity going on . So bad no one called me and told me about it , clearly you guys don't care about your clients .....then I was told to write an affidavit , they requested another one , I was ask to go to standard bank since you guys says my documents were used there , at standard bank I was told to go to my bank ......still no help my money is locked on your bank , I don't know if you are fools or what ....you can't help your own clients

Visiting the Capitec Branch at Mooi river Mall. I was refusing entrance they wanted to sanatize me with their rubbish. Told me it is there policy. Where it displayed I asked. No awnser was given. No where there it was displayed that the door lady must spray me. I did put my own sanitizer on in front of the Lady at the door. That will be on their camera still I was refused to enter. The Lady was Loud and not customer freindly. Is tgay the way they treating customers in Potchefstroom. Maybe the must get some training how to speak to customers. I will not tell people to make use of that bank. Low cost for no service.

Capitec app is failing me.. I can't even get my things sorted out with the online payment because the Capitec app is aware of the situation.... I don't know what does that have to do with me. I just need to make sure I paid for my stuff... No customer service and I hate it
