“I phoned tp place an order, spoke to a very helpful and polite young lady who clearly knew the products I spoke about. Placed my order with her assistance and then paid by card. The goods arrived by mid day the next day so I would say it was all done and dusted un 18 hours. What a fantastic service and straight from your own stores. Thankyou, Chris from Banbury.”

“Absolutely awful customer service. After they sent out the wrong part for an 18 year old girl’s car. The regional manager of corporate sales blamed us of receiving the wrong part and said “it’s not the end of the world” and “you don’t sound like an 18 year old girl”. Will never be doing business with them ever again. It’s a shame after spending £2000 over the years. Unacceptable.”

“Amazing service and even came next day. Headunit I first ordered was out of stock but they called me as soon as I ordered and offered me a replacement that was better and more expensive but at no extra cost.”

“I ordered car dash speakers which I thought would fit, but I had not measured the space correctly. Car Audio Centre gave me very good advice on the telephone regarding which speakers I needed to replace the broken ones on my ancient SAAB car. They promptly sent them to me and speedily refunded the cost of my incorrect purchase. Would certainly go to them again.”
