“CAC offered expert advice on a new head unit, speakers and sub. They were also very competative on price. Basically nothing seemed too much trouble.”

“Very very very disappointed in the system. I brought this for £700 only to find out after I got installed there is no sound, to install it cost me £300 and then to rewire it another £100, the problems did not stop there, there is no AUX, the Bluetooth only works for phone calls not for music as I have a samsung S6. I would never recommend ever. I am very upset”

“Purchased a pair of InPhase speakers 13cm dia and a pair of speaker adaptors for them to to suit a Corsa B, while the adaptors fitted the door ok the speakers only picked up on 2 of thw holes in the adaptor. I emailes CAC to ask if thw adaptors were suitable for thw speakers which they said they were, obviously not, just rang sales dept. and thw reply was to buy some bigger speakers, not the answer i was hoping for!!!!”

“Your delivery could have been better if you asked about alternative delivery sites ie leave it in the greenhouse could have been sorted before the first failed delivery & not after and getting to the end of this paper you ask for my email totally daft as you obviously know it as you sent me this form via email in the first place”

“Nothing wrong with the product but I paid for a Saturday delivery & received this on Monday??? I have emailed several times to complain but have not received any replies. This was a £15 premium delivery charge so I would like an explanation & refund. So far very poor customer service.”
