“Spoke to someone called Curtis, who was very helpful indeed.advised what I needed, and it came within 2 days. Called back with a query about something else, and the man on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional,not helpful, and when I said that I had dealt with curtis a few days before, he started saying that Curtis had messed up someone’s order...he was incredibly abrupt with me. I ended up buying the additional items elsewhere...I when I rang, I kept getting the rude man answer, and he was not helpful at all... infact I had my phone on loudspeaker and my husband was shocked at this mans telephone manner. Happy with my product, and the delivery”

“I had thought that I was happy with the service when the equipment arrived speedily and everything looked set for my grandaughter's 18th birthday. However, sadly, when it came time to install the stereo, there was no way that it could fit the space in the particular car and model - this in spite of my having given all the information to check that the model was right for the car..I have ordered a replacement from car audio, and hope that there will be no problem regarding a full refund plus the cost of postage. I feel that it would be helpful if there was information regarding the purchase of antenna etc being necessary to the fitting of the car, as when you are buying the stereo as a gift, it may well not occur to the purchaser that these extras are necessary.”

“your very misleading picture of the pink product I thought I was getting all that was advertised but all I got was a small bottle with no trigger to use it !!!! very poor customer service when I spoke to the guy regarding the pink cleaning product he said send it back for full refund which I am first thing on Monday.”

“First i rang the company after finding their website in one of the top 3 on Google, excellent website lots to view and actually fairly easy to understand, everything is under a category ie 2 channel amp, or 4 channel amp ect. So gave them a call said what i was after and they pointed me in the right direction, ordered and came within 3 days! Had a few questions while fitting everything so rang up and was put through to technical team for fitting, the chap was very helpful. Everything is now fitted and I'm very pleased with it all. I'd recommend to anyone.”

“Ordered on Friday with free postage and expected the following Monday. I was delighted to receive my purchase the next day -Saturday! I bought a Kenwood DAB radio with Apple Car Play Which will be professionally fitted next month. It arrived in good condition and cost less than my installer was charging. So far, good result but I haven’t heard it yet!”
