“Sorry it's come to this but I'm yet to receive any kind of service! Opened the package to the front item, emailed immediately. No response. Followed up my email. No response. Filled in the contact form on th website. No response. Anyone want to buy an unopened Pioneer patch lead?”

“I’m very disappointed with the delivery service, not only did I wait til 9.30pm for dpd not to arrive. The next day my parcel was left unattended with no notification of delivery. It’s very unlikely I will buy from you again.”

“Avoid this buisness like the plague!!! When ordering I looked at the reviews and thought surley these are just fake. But I was 100% wrong. I ordered a Sony radio ( Open Box ) there was no description of any damages to device or that the front screen doesn't attach to the radio!!! So ive had to put a screw in it on the side to keep it locked in!!!! After contacting customer service. The shocking reply I got was not even an apology and they offered to refund me was 5%!!! And aposolute joke of a company and they truly have messed with the wrong person. I will be taking this further and exposing this company all over social media. Until they give me a an acceptable refund!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Really pleased with the product and it will look great in my vehicle,the only query I had was that I paid for next day delivery so it worked within my work schedule, unfortunately it was ordered on the Sunday and it arrived Tuesday instead of the Monday which I planned for, there was nothing stating this was due to the working week only and Sunday wasn't taken into consideration. I did call and asked if I could receive a refund but this wasn't given which I understand, I did say I was going to order more items from you which would have exceeded this value but it was a flat no so I ordered a further £357.00 from another company strictly because no one was willing to help with this customer service over £9.99 which I found a little strange and personally not great business sense. Never mind I'll enjoy this new car stereo anyway and if I need anything else I go through this other company. Many thanks”
