“Advertising on website and confirmation emails claiming free delivery on everything but I was charged £7.95 postage costs???”

“Very quick turn round. 2 suckers supplied with 1 cradle. Only needed cradle but never mind. Thanks problem solved but could have been much cheaper if cradle only had been supplied. Job done but think spare part replacement needs addressing”

“Took my VW T5 to the Ilford Car Audio Centre to get my rear view camera fitted and for them to correctly wire up my Pioneer head unit. Nice professional service/good prices and the fitters had decades of experience and know-how. If you want new audio kit or just an installation, these are the guys you need. 100% Recommended!”

“I was looking for Purple Rain wheel cleaner. Everywhere around £10 for 500ml. I thought I was buying a 1L bottel for £15 plus £5 shipping. When it turned up I realised I had paid £20 for 500ml. Way too expensive, won't use again”

“Car radio fm transmitter, bought to play music from my phone through radio, although couldn't get to work with bluetooth, it appears the bluetooth will only handle phone calls and you have to plug a aux cable in to play music. I have had a fm transmitter previously that cost less but worked with bluetooth.”
