“I placed an order for a pair of speakers. The next day I received tracking information for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery - great! One week after placing the order, I phoned and asked what had happened to the speakers, as Royal Mail tracking stated that they were still waiting to receive them. I was told that CAC didn't have any to send out! Why on Earth let me order them and then send me tracking details if they didn't have any in stock?! Strangely, they were still listed on their website but at 16 pounds more than what I had paid. I was offered alternatives, but decided to have a refund and buy elsewhere. Fortunately the refund was quick.”

“Bought a new Alpine head unit, had some questions regarding fitting, speaker upgrades and what i could do to maximize the quality of the new head unit. Got some great advice on upgrades i could do on different budgets that suited me. Thanks”

“Called for advice on a Pioneer head unit I had seen and ended up buying a different one. I was offered a discount and when I checked against other sites the price was great. Item arrived very quickly and well packaged so im very happy. I also needed some guidance when fitting the unit and the guys were very helpful post sale. Really good experience with this team”

“Fast delivery to say we are in lockdown unfortunately the bottle was broken when it had arrived which meantime package was full of black dye and a lot went to waste so not great value for money !!!”

“Shocking service on a item I brought from this company, waited 10+ days and then told it's gone back to royal mail Can't offer another radio as saying not in stock, went onto the website and showing stock 😠😠😠😠 Manager Chris was not interested in trying to sort out just said he's done a refund what a joke,”

“This is the third time I have ordered items listed as available, then get s message saying ‘there is a problem with your order’, Customers cannot reply by email, when we phone we are offered a lesser or more expensive item. The website needs updating more frequently”

“Got bored during lockdown so I decided to change the head unit in my car. I ordered the unit over Easter Weekend, it arrived on the Thursday morning. Great company, great service, great stereo, thanks guys 👍🏻”

“Really disappointed after being recommended to use you, I put in two orders on the same day and called you to see when they was being despatched and got told both parcels will be with you on Thursday, one parcel came, called to see where the other one was and said it's out for a Friday delivery, now at 22-45 still no parcel 😠”
