“Price on items was cheaper than anywhere, and along with free postage made the decision to purchase a no brainer. Item arrived 2 days later. This is the second time I have purchased from car audio so definitely recommend. If I've only one negative comment, when I called the store in Nottingham for some info on the product, the guy was a little un-enthusiastic in his responses to my questions, maybe caught him on a bad day.”

“Experience with them is one big joke. One order placed 04/01/23 with 3-5 days delivery. Right after placing it I've noticed that my address on their website, on invoice and shipping label appears in weird format so I contacted them to check if parcel will be despatched to the right address. I have it confirmed that everything is fine and I shouldn't be worried about. Then today on the deadline day, when Parcel Force was about to deliver my parcel, all I got was status change to "There is an issue with your parcel, insufficient address details". Contacted Parcel Force to find out that shipping label was missing my door number and they couldn't deliver it. Contacted Car Audio Centre Customer Service and they said they've updated it and that it will be redelivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed everything will be ok this time. Second order - I placed order for Subwoofer which was available on Pre-Order with due date 09/01/2023 which is today. No status updates, no info about my shipment. When asked Car Audio about it, all I got was that Pioneer couldn't supply it on time hence delay. 3 stars only for the low price as everything else went completely wrong. Probably first and last time I shopped with them.”

“Items were well priced and arrived next working day as paid £10 for DPD next day delivery. However one of my items arrived broken(possibly due to lack of packaging protection) and after phone call they said they would get them sent out for next day delivery after stating I originally paid the extra delivery fee so I'd receive the item next day . However, 2 working days after phoning them early on the morning I received the items the replacements still haven't arrived so clearly no next day delivery was used.”

“I received exactly what I ordered & it was delivered quickly with excellent communication & tracking information. The price I payed was extremely competitive. So in summary, for me, this was a perfect example of ‘on line purchase’ & a classic example of why high street retail is extinct. I highly recommend Car Audio Centre & I will purchase from them again.”

“My order took 6 days to arrive. I don't blame the Car Audio Centre because it spent 3 days in Norwich Post Centre! However, it was worth the wait the speakers look and feel well made and come with all the fixings,grills and short cable connections. I have bought a variety of "stuff" from them and have never been disappointed in quality and speedy delivery. They have excellent customer supportand they can help with answers to your questions.”

“I orders a car fascia kit for my Toyota Yaris and orders for the correct model of car. The sides of the main fascia part had snapped in transit so screws couldn't be fitted correctly and also the width of the fascia doesn't fir into existing car fascia sections.”
