“Returned to very good CAC website to purchase a second radio. There was plenty of detail which helped me to purchase the correct mobile radio I needed. It was a good price and delivered intact very quickly. The radio is now fully fitted and working well. As a matter of interest and no reflection upon CAC, the CD player on my previous radio, purchased 18-months ago, failed, due to the atrocious road surface conditions in Kent, Essex and main arterial roads, which are full of large potholes, undulations and sunken manholes. It is like driving in a third world country nowadays. That's to your advantage CAC.”

“So far so good, however, one item which I ordered was a different version of what was pictured on the website (will still do the job) and the radio which I ordered hasn’t came yet which I ordered about a week ago, perhaps this is just a delivery guy problem or maybe the company hasn’t sourced the radio yet, either way I’d imagine everything will come all good.”

“Happy with purchase however was not clear they weren't open weekends on Friday I made my order and paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up then went to help section of website to find out what had happened then saw that they are closed on weekends, emailed asking for postage payment to be refunded and have heard nothing back.”

“Order a new Sub from Car Audio Centre hoping it would arrive near the end of the week and it arrived the day after ordering! Extremely pleased with the postal service and price was very competitive! Brilliant company will be using them again for sure!”

“Yes the goods were delivered speedily. But my goodness this firm epitomises high pressure selling. And their prices are outrageous. The old Road Angel was taken over by this new firm who seem intent on milking their customers for all they are worth. The original GEM came with everything in one package including windscreen mounts (with suction cups). These are now over £30 extra and are a permanent fitting. (Pure does come with the dashboard mount, but a suction cup windscreen mount is useful if you want to use the unit in another car). The software isn't the worlds best, but the technical help line is very good. It isn't the easiest setting the thing up. Having said it does seem to be a significant step up from the GEM. Time will tell. I haven't used it fully yet.”

“Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else, absolutely top class service from Chris and Leon... Quality advice and top notch fitting, the car still looks completely factory. They always go the extra mile to make it sound good and spent over an hour after most would call the job done tuning the sound until it was perfect.. They even went to the trouble of playing my own music through it and tuning for that. Huge thanks guys, really happy with system and the service, 100% recommended.”

“The item was fine and the price was also good. However this is where the posistives end. The postage was really slow They have a sale on their website but the prices are still the same as other retailers but not listing a sale. Makes you feel like your being fooled. Also.the Customer service is appauling and does not install confidence. Ive bought items from them including 2 pionner amps and 2 sets of components. I always felt a bit worried about my purchases as they do not reply to any of my emails regarding items prices and genral questions. So yes fairly decent pricing however do not expect any customer service. I havent had to send anything back yet but i would be worried about how I would get treated if i did need to.”

“Start to finish been with this company for years with road angel then the gem plus now the pure, I am a professional driver with PSV and HGV an absolute great bit of kit. This also comes with great customer service as well as back up mega mega impressed would highly recommend”
