“The item was fine and the price was also good. However this is where the posistives end. The postage was really slow They have a sale on their website but the prices are still the same as other retailers but not listing a sale. Makes you feel like your being fooled. Also.the Customer service is appauling and does not install confidence. Ive bought items from them including 2 pionner amps and 2 sets of components. I always felt a bit worried about my purchases as they do not reply to any of my emails regarding items prices and genral questions. So yes fairly decent pricing however do not expect any customer service. I havent had to send anything back yet but i would be worried about how I would get treated if i did need to.”

“Start to finish been with this company for years with road angel then the gem plus now the pure, I am a professional driver with PSV and HGV an absolute great bit of kit. This also comes with great customer service as well as back up mega mega impressed would highly recommend”

“Got some really goes advice from their staff, went with the two amps they recommended, which were pretty much the cheapest they could have suggested. Really pleased with the amps as they work well in my system so they know what they're talking about! Delivery was 2 days both times I ordered even without express delivery, packaging was secure. All of this for genuinely unbeatable prices. Couldn't be happier. 100% recommend them”
