“My Snooper SatNav would not start up, this was traced to faulty SIM card so ordered new one, no problem since. This was delivered when advised all in all very knowledgeable and prompt service.”

“Ordered a snooper unit .delivery was first class . Major problem the unit did not work , discovered the SSD card was blank so no software. A call to customer services fixed the problem by sending a new card loaded with the software .The action was prompt but took a couple of days for delivery. The unit now works just sad that somewhere along the line the boxed unit had not been tested before packing.”

“I wanted a underseat subwoofer and the inphase option available was better than the Kenwood I was originally considering. By the time I got round to ordering, the inphase model had gone up so I ordered the Kenwood. I soon got a call from customer services explaining the Kenwood was on extended delivery, I said I wanted the inphase, and they agreed to match the original price. It arrived within 24 hrs, but sadly wouldn't work so I returned it for repair. They couldn't fix it, so credited within the week. I reordered another inphase sub, that again arrived really quickly on DPD, this one works a treat and I'm really happy with it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else .”
