“Very pleased with my JVC KD-X561DBT audio purchase. Price was right, delivery was quick and fitting was easy using the iso connector in my fiat ducato camper. Does exactly what it says on the tin. One happy camper.”

“Road Angel reimbursed subscription in 1 day. Road Angel use Car Audio Centre to handle their hardware distribution and returns. Car Audio Centre took 3 weeks and 3 phone call chases to make reimbursement for hardware return made on same day as subscription cancellation.”

“Purchased the Kenwood DMX5020 DABS online as it was not in stock in store, quick delivery ( although I did pay extra for next day) prices very competitive, cheapest I found. I then arranged to have it fitted in the Tooting branch, they fit me it the next day really good service, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Again good price for fitting. All in all great experience, would highly recommend.”

“Was given some good advice about an alternative unit, the sales assistant took his time to check I got the correct wiring adaptor harness. The only thing I would say is no wiring instructions which I had to visit my local store to be advised on which connections I needed.”

“Been a week since I ordered and still haven't recived the dash cam when I did order online I didn't receive invoice until I called and ask supposed to have been despatch 12 on the monday but royal mail said they didn't recive it till the wed not happy with the service I emailed today 1st July to ask were my item is still no reply”

“Order a set of InPhase 5x7" speakers. When they arrived the box was correct but when I opened it I had one 5x7" speaker and one round 6" speaker. I contacted them and I just got an email saying send to this address and use this label, from the returns manager. No apology or explanation. I then asked if I would get a replacement set or a refund and I haven't received a response. As I have had no response I cant buy another set as they may send a replacement instead of a refund and then ill have two sets. Delivery was fast, customer service is very poor. I would have given one star but because they sent a returns label I went to two. Wont be buying from here again, I mean who wants two different size speakers??”

“Good quality stuff at great prices. Deliver faster than Amazon. Were really helpful on the phone, when I was too thick to log in, got me back on the right page in seconds. Great website, showing far greater detail than most on their product range. Wouldn't go anywhere else for car audio ! (maybe, occasionally, the smack-heads down the road who sell anything and everything for a fiver). Great service, good prices, very rare nowadays innit.”
